The boat I was on smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, despite a no smoking sign on board. The tour was mostly prerecorded audio, with little insights here and there from the captain. There were only a handful of passengers during my cruise, which was nice. (Likely because it was a Tuesday afternoon in February.) It was good to get some views of the city from the water, especially the 7 bridges and the Dancing Houses.
