did two experiences with Stromma while visiting Amsterdam, a canal boat tour and a windmill bus excursion. Canal Boat Tour – 4/5 The canal cruise was actually very good. From what I could tell it was one of the cheaper options in the city and it still delivered a solid experience. The cruise lasted around an hour and gave a nice overview of the canals and architecture around Amsterdam. This was first activity we did when we arrived. The boat was comfortable and the experience overall felt good value for money. Windmill Bus Tour – 2/5 Unfortunately the windmill excursion was quite disappointing given the price (around €112). The main issue was that much of the itinerary involved demonstrations like a clog factory and cheese workshop which are generally free activities anyway. The actual time spent around the windmills themselves was next to none, which was frustrating because that’s really the main reason people book the trip. The tour also felt quite rushed when moving between locations and the guide spoke very quietly at times, making it difficult to hear if you weren’t near the front of the group. I also felt the experience could have been more accommodating for visitors with mobility or accessibility needs. Overall, Stromma canal cruise was good value, and decently organized but the windmill excursion didn’t really justify its price in my opinion.

Entertaining and informative boat trip
Lovely tour, beautiful scenery and our guide was great. The overall experience is serene and comfortable. They provide blankets on board, which help when sitting outside. All in all it was informative and entertaining.

There was not professional at all. The guide audio was in English but the volume was too low so we couldn’t hear a thing. The music was terrible and If you want to be calm ,you won’t ! It might be cheaper than the others but not worth it at all!!
