We took the Hygge canal tour with Stromma in Copenhagen in February, with our guide Tony. Despite the rainy and misty weather, it was still a beautiful and atmospheric boat trip. Tony shared interesting stories in a fun and humorous way, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The boat trip lasted about an hour and was very comfortable — with warm cushions, blankets, and nice coffee and tea on board. Highly recommended! We would definitely do it again, maybe in better weather for a different experience.

We initially chose the Gray Line tour (CitySightseeing's competitor), but after visiting a few stops, we decided to continue our tour on foot and plan to catch the bus back to the port later. However, when the bus didn't come and we were starting to feel the time pressure after waiting for 70 minutes, the wonderful CitySightseeing team practically saved our bacon and gave us a lift. So, to be clear, if you want to do a hop-on hop-off tour, choose the CitySightseeing tour (red flyers) and not the Gray Line hop-on hop-off tour (yellow flyers). (Original) Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an das tolle Team vom CitySightseeing Bergen, nachdem wir mit der AIDA am Hafen von Bergen angekommen sind stand für uns fest, wir möchten eine Hop On - Hop Off Tour machen. Wir haben uns dabei für die gray line Tour entschieden (also der Konkurrenz von CitySightseeing) nachdem wir ein paar Stopps mitgenommen haben entschieden wir uns dazu unsere restliche Tour erstmal zu Fuß fortzusetzen um später wieder mit dem Bus in Richtung Hafen zu fahren. Nachdem dieser aber nicht mehr kam und wir langsam unter Zeitdruck gerieten nachdem wir schon 70 Minuten gewartet haben, hat uns das liebe Team der CitySightseeing Tour förmlich den Arsch gerettet und uns mitgenommen. Also ganz klar, wer gerne eine Hop On - Hop Off Tour mitmachen möchte wählt bitte die CitySightseeing Tour (rote Flyer) und nicht die Hop On Hop Off sightseeing gray line Tour (gelbe Flyer).

Completed a tour with Tony. Tony was funny and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed our tour. The tour was small and intimate which allowed us to embrace the canals and history. There were also heated seat pads and blankets to keeps us warm. Definitely recommend this tour and Tony!

Like others we paid £72 for 2 tickets. Bus runs every 30 minutes. Our bus was full and enough people were waiting to fill another bus but we were kept stationery until the alloted time. Very poor service when you have disembarked from your cruise ship with limited time to see areas of interest. If they don't change the system it will still be a rip-off.

It's mostly our fault, of course, because we didn't check the prices beforehand and just took advantage of the opportunity to book. We paid 497 DKK for two adults and a teenager. If we had walked just 50 meters further, the same tour of the same length would have cost only 150 DKK (!) more. This definitely feels like a rip-off, unless you fall for the same trick. There weren't any prices displayed at the Stromma ticket office, which really annoyed us. When we asked, the boatman told us, in a very friendly and professional manner, "...we're different, and we hope you'll notice the difference..." We can't really judge this since we didn't take the other tour. Our tour was as expected, with commentary in German via headphones, but the sound quality was pretty poor. ... We would generally recommend such a tour, just please not with this particular provider. (Original) ACHTUNG, lieb Leute. Wir sind gestern auf die Kanalfahrt bei Stromma "hereingefallen", indem wir die völlig überteuerte Tour gebucht haben.Ist natürlich vor allem unsere Schuld, weil wir uns im Vorfeld eben nicht über die Preise informiert haben sondern eben die erstelle Gelegenheit zur Buchung genutzt haben. Wir haben für zwei Erwachsene und einen Teenager 497 DKK bezahlt. Wären Wir nur 50 Meter weiter gelaufen, hätte die gleiche Tour in der gleichen Länge noch 150 DKk (!) bezahlt. Das fühlt sich schon sehr nach Abzocke an, falls nicht auf die gleiche Masche rein. An der Kasse bei Stromma selber stehen nirgends irgendwelche Preisen, dass hat uns sehr geärgert.Auf Nachfrage hat u s der Bootführer überaus freundlich und professionell mitgeteilt "...wir sind anders und wir merken hoffentlich den Unterschied..." Tatsächlich können wir das nicht wirklich einschätzen, da wir die andere Tour ja nicht gemacht haben. Unsere Tour lief erwartbar, wurde mittels Kopfhörer auf Deutsch in ziemlich lausiger Qualität kommentiert. Grundsätzlich würden wir eine solche Tour durchaus empfehlen, nur bitte eben nicht bei diesem Anbieter.

Activity was fab! Our guide was informative and helpful. The provider wasn't aware of our booking as third party communication error but they were super helpful and sorted out the issue immediately.

Im Grunde war die Tour gut. Der Guide hat aber zu 90% von den Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der rechten Seite erzählt. Er selbst was auch so positioniert, das er nur in diese Richtung schauen konnte. Da nunmal nicht alle Passagiere auf der rechten Seite sitzen können, ist es für diejenigen zwar noch immer eine schöne Tour, aber ohne Informationen.
