Canal Tour on April 4
Excellent and thorough tour! Our tour guide was outstanding! Copenhagen is such a beautiful city and we learned so much more about the history, which was fascinating. Would definitely recommend!

Boat tour itself was very nice, clean boat and nice furniture. We had a salmon and shrimp dinner cruise for 925sek per person, which was very overpriced in my opinion. The food was tasty but nothing amazing. You also pay extra for every drink and 140kr for the dessert buffet which is quite expensive for limited offerings. Was also disappointed there was no commentary or information about anything we saw except for a small flyer. The live music was nice though.

They oversold the tour, so the seating options were pretty limited. You could either stand around inside for 2.5hrs with smell engine fumes. Or sit outside with windy and snowy conditions. Either was pretty unbearable. We originally were mad about being forcibly rebooked from the longer 3hr tour, but we were happy to get 30mins of our day back! Do yourself a favor and skip this. If you want to take a boat, take a commuter one

Booked the 3-hour tour, which got cancelled 3 days ago and changed to a 2.5 hour one. The boat was overbooked, so a lot of people had to sit outside in the freezing cold.🥶 The staff were friendly, but I definitely don’t recommend visiting around this time.

Our guide was personable. So many different views and places to sit. Grab a blanket for the ride upon arrival.

The boat had absolutely no structure to accommodate the number of people on board. There were people standing in the aisles, with no clear emergency exit routes or proper safety measures. The only positive point was the guide, who was very friendly and helpful.
