The roof was apparently not properly attached, so it leaked during the journey – anything but pleasant in cold weather. The fact that the seats then started to show visible signs of mold really puts the icing on the cake. The provided headphones also looked like they had already been used countless times – there was clearly no sign of cleaning. It certainly wasn't a hygienic highlight. They also don't seem to be entirely truthful about the waiting times. We were told that a bus would arrive at least every 30 minutes – in the end, we waited for over an hour. The online map for tracking the buses is practically useless, as it doesn't reliably display either locations or stops. And for this whole package, you still have to pay €35 per person. The price-performance ratio is completely off. In short: Do yourself a favor and skip these hop-on-hop-off buses – and if you do, definitely avoid the red ones. Absolut unnötige Hektik. Der Zustand des Busses selbst passt leider ins Gesamtbild: Das Personal wirkt nicht nur unfreundlich, sondern auch erstaunlich gleichgültig. Das Dach war offenbar nicht richtig befestigt, sodass es während der Fahrt hineingetropft hat – bei kaltem Wetter alles andere als angenehm. Dass die Sitze dann auch noch anfangen, sichtbare Spuren von Schimmel zu zeigen, setzt dem Ganzen wirklich die Krone auf. Die bereitgestellten Kopfhörer sahen ebenfalls so aus, als hätten sie schon unzählige Fahrten hinter sich – von Reinigung offenbar keine Spur. Wirklich ein hygienisches Highlight war das nicht. Auch bei den Wartezeiten scheint man es mit der Wahrheit nicht so genau zu nehmen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass ein Bus spätestens alle 30 Minuten kommt – am Ende haben wir über eine Stunde gewartet. Die Online-Karte zur Verfolgung der Busse ist ebenfalls praktisch nutzlos, da weder Standorte noch Haltestellen zuverlässig angezeigt werden. Und für dieses Gesamtpaket zahlt man dann auch noch 35 € pro Person. Preis-Leistung steht hier in absolut keinem Verhältnis. Fazit: Tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und verzichtet auf diese Hop-on-Hop-off-Busse – und wenn doch, dann meidet besonders die roten.

Yes, of course you might have to walk a bit more, but it only takes about 10 minutes in total for all the stops. Mal wieder eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit den Hop On Hop Off Bussen gemacht…. Der Bus kommt alle 30 Minuten haben sie gesagt, er kam aber nur alle 2 Stunden. Zudem kostet das ganze ✨mit Rabatt✨ ca 80€ für 2 Erwachsene. Wir haben uns dann lieber ein E-Scooter gemietet und sind den Rest auch zu Fuß gelaufen. Nun ist es endgültig für mich. Ich werde nie wieder mit den roten Bussen „Hop On Hop Off“ fahren. Die Zeit die man in das warten auf den Bus investiert sowie das Geld lohnen sich einfach nicht. Die Dame die uns die Tickets verkauft hat, hat nur Quatsch erzählt. Qualität der Busse ist hier eher Mangelware. Freundlichkeit, Ehrlichkeit sowie die Pünktlichkeit ist hier nicht vorhanden. Ein Tipp von mir: Hört auf diese Busse zu benutzen und fahrt viel lieber mit den ÖPNVs diese sind viel günstiger und kommen pünktlich. Ja natürlich muss man eventuell mehr laufen aber das sind insgesamt 10 Minuten bei allen Stopps zusammen. Und laufen tut auch mal gut 👍 Also bitte, macht nicht den Fehler wie wir und steigt bitte nicht in diese Busse ein.

Best city cruise tour I’ve ever been on
Just another boat trip, I thought. It’ll be nice to see a bit of Malmo in between catching trains to airports. Little did I know this tour - more specifically the tour guide - would quite honestly have me in stitches. I’m not sure what his name was but he had a ponytail bun thing going on and was genuinely hilarious. Best boat trip ever, and I’ve been on loads. Great fun and very informative.
