Ne correspondait pas à la description. Croisière de plus très bruyante car chacun écoute les explications dans sa propre langue avec le haut parleur de son téléphone. Le cocktail est offert mais faut vraiment aller le demander en boutique. La gaufres n est pas offerte.

L’activité nous a beaucoup plus, possibilité d’avoir un audio guide en français. Cela nous a permis d’apprendre plein d’anecdotes. Petit bémol juste, notre bateau a été annulé nous l’avons appris quand nous sommes arrivées au point de rendez vous. Heureusement le personnel parlait français et nous a re programmer sur une croisière pour le lendemain.

Leider zahlt man für eine Grachtenfahrt mit Audioguide, freut sich auf eine Stadtrundfahrt mit vielen interessanten Infos und bekommt keine! Der Audioguide funktioniert nicht! Nur wenn man Englisch spricht hat man eine geführte Tour, das ist eine Frechheit, da wir diese Tour nur gebucht haben um deutschsprachig begleitet zu werden. Man kann sich über einen QR Code auf dem Boot in den Audioguide einloggen und eine von vielen Sprachen auswählen. Scheint alles super bis die Route losgeht, ein Satz angefangen wird und dann mittendrin gestoppt wird und man nur noch auf englisch die infos vom Fahrer selbst bekommt. Ist einfach unmöglich da dann in der Buchung stehen muss das es Voraussetzung ist Englisch zu können!!! Von der Fahrt her eine schöne Route aber unglaublich anstrengend und nervig wenn der Ton ab und zu da ist und dann jeder Satz unterbrochen wird. Wir sind leider sehr enttäuscht worden

Wegen technischer Probleme hat die Fahrt etwa 15 Minuten später begonnen. Im Gegenzug war sie aber auch 15 Minuten früher beendet... Gesamtdauer ist also eher 2 Stunden als 2 1/2! Grundsätzlich ist es eine schöne Tour, allerdings kann man zumindest den "stadtnahen Teil" auch per ÖPNV-Fähre erkunden.

Absolutely fantastic boat trip. Isabella (hopefully spelt correctly) was incredibly knowledgeable and so enthusiastic throughout the boat trip. You could tell she loves her job and the city! We were so pleased we did the boat trip on our first evening, as she inspired us with so many places to visit throughout our 5 days in Copenhagen!

We tried the long canal tour here, and it was a nice way of seeing the city for the first time. The information given is more about structure and architecture of buildings rather than history. The long tour takes around 1 hours and 45 mins, and the short one is 1 hour. Although we enjoyed it, still think that it is over priced, considering there is no tea/coffee/biscuits or even water serving.

The tour itself was wonderful, however, our guide made this a phenomenal experience! As a former teacher, he shared so much information about the city, country, language, and region we would not otherwise have learned with just three full days in Stockholm. I particularly enjoyed seeing the different islands, types of architecture, hearing about the viking history, and learning about regional similarities and differences. We also enjoyed warming up inside the original style wooden boat with the hot drinks served and the Jul/Yule/Christmas decorations. Note for mobility limited visitors: there are a few (10 or so) stairs to the lower portion of the boat so if you use a wheelchair or are not ambulatory this is a concern, however, if you are able to manage this with a cane or assistance it is worth it and lets you see much of the city without walking it all! The guides and staff were patient and quick to help if needed.

Es war eine sehr schöne Schifffahrt. Wir hatten jedoch nur noch einen Aussenplatz am Heck des Schiffs ergattert. Trotz des sonnigen Tages war es dort noch sehr frisch. Den Erklärungen konnten wir aufgrund der schlechten Tonqualität nicht richtig folgen. Insgesamt waren wir aber mit diesem Ausflug zufrieden und empfehlen ihn auch gerne weiter.

Great tour of Amsterdam Tulip Experience and Keukenhof Gardens. Only complaint is that they did not drop us off where the tour started. They dropped us about 30 minutes away from where we started.
