Really nice great tour, but the guide couldn't almost be understood in Spanish. There is many people whom can speak proper Spanish plus other very useful languages such as French, German, English, Italian, Russian, etc. But they are not given a job in your company (like a friend of mine that is actually a professional linguist and a translator interpreter). I can even speak much better Danish than that guide, but I'm neither given a job with Danish. Shame! We couldn't ask anything in that your. Much better the walking tours with a gratis company that starts every morning from the city halls plaza.

The best experience I ever had with a boat tour so far! It takes one hour (or 1h 15min if you are lucky like we were), the crew can speak in up to 3 languages during the tour, the guides are really nice (we had 2 different ones), the presentation is very informing and above all we had an amazing weather that day, barely a cloud on the sky. It was perfect!

Claim to have boats every 20 mins, we were left standing in freezing rain for over 40 waiting for one on either line. I would recommend trying the lovers cruise, I saw many of them going past while waiting. Also their visitor information centre next to the main station did not have enough staff helping people.
