very smooth ride on the boat, would have preferred if it was fully open rather than retractable windows. the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with advice on how to get to certain locations afterwards

The guy basically harassed me when I politely declined his offer to sell me a tour. I was walking minding my own business. I informed him that I already have a tour booked. He was insulting and aggressive telling me to walk straight ahead. I hadn’t approached him asking for any directions. (To the management- He was wearing a white shirt standing with a group of people wearing red shirt. Hopefully you take some action. It just spoils the mood.) I already had a tour booked with this company.
