We've been riding around the canals for 30 minutes, stood still waiting for pizza for 35 minutes and now we have 20 minutes to eat the pizza. No one could refill our drinks while we were waiting so when the pizzas did arrive no one had anything to drink, which we still don't have. I'm not looking to drink a lot but when the only glass we were served at 7.10pm is gone and it's now 8.19pm I think it's horribly done, I'm so disappointed. Did the trip to Sandhamn on a sunny Saturday over the busy May long weekend so had some concerns from other reviews, but they proved unfounded. Boat left on time, arrived on time and there were more than enough seats for everyone. Staff were friendly. Nice scenic trip and Sandhamn is lovely. Would have given 5 stars if the trip was a little quicker and made fewer stops.

Took the hop on hop of bus in Stockholm and information was unclear so ended up missing the bus at the first stop and had to wait another 45 minutes for the next bus. It wasn't communicated that the audio would be on your phone and headphones supplied by the company were only compatible with iPhone. The app is glitchy and first wouldn't play the audio and then just kept replaying the same thing and restarting the same part. I would not recommend as we could have just taken transit and seen the same sights.

Boats just have too many people, and the law of large numbers says you’ll have many people on the boat who are just disruptive. On our boat we had many and I couldn’t wait to get off. Smaller boats would be better.

We came as a party of 7 and sat over 2 tables Over the course of the cruise, all 3 staff members were polite, interactive and attentive All of our requests were given and nothing seems too much effort During our cruise, there was an unexpected long delay with the pizzas, however we were kept informed by the captain and our glasses were kept topped up The cruise was extended in time due to the delay we received and all of our party thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a chilled experience, seeing the sights and spending time with those they care about - 5 stars
