They tell you it's an open ticket - you can show up any time an wait in line, what they don't tell you is that by buying full price ticket one can book specific hour and skip the lines. In our case we spent more than 1h waiting in line watching people with reservations skipping the lines. If you value your time you might want to consider reserving specific time. Other than that - I don't have a great comparison between canal cruise companies. One positive thing to say is that our skipper was fairly entertaining.
