Bought tickets to a HOHO tour at around 3:20pm. Hopped off for the first time, calmly walked to the next hop on spot only to be told that I had missed the last boat by 20 minutes. Went to the main store to ask as to how I was supposed to get back home from there and the tenant pointed to the booklet we never got and then told us we had missed the boat and should use the tram home. Didn't receive any means of compensation whatsoever. It would just have been nice to have known all that beforehand. Otherwise we wouldn't have bought the cruise tickets or would've planned the whole day differently.
