!!Stay away from this boat company!! We went on a company dinner / meeting event with meeting room booking for our company, and it wasn’t worth it. Ridiculous expensive for a large party and a waste of money, I don’t recommend this boat company to anyone. Sorry The staff and crew were extremely unfriendly. POOR SERVICE. The restaurant is operated by a different company altogether. We had problems with the food and we had complained after the boat trip, but they didn’t seem to care much. We still paid the bill, no apologies or emails asking how we can change in the further, no customer service at all. Don’t expect to get any type of customer service on this boat. Most of the people working here are underpaid, seem a bit miserable, so don’t expect much help. I usually don’t give bad reviews, but I feel that I need to be honest so that others don’t make the same mistake.
