Freundlicher Guide, der sowohl auf Schwedisch und Englisch informativ alles geschildert hat. Ich habe diese Tour vor ca. einem Jahr schon einmal gemacht und da sind wir weiter Richtung Brücke hinaus gefahren. Ich war daher etwas von der kurzen Route enttäuscht.

Our tour guide David was very funny and engaging. Not a lot of history but he pointed out important landmarks and made recommendations for touring museums and areas along the coast. Definitely recommend.

Great boat tour

The actual boat cruise was awesome. Our driver Hendrick was very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw things we wouldn’t have seen otherwise and it was just a beautiful day so it was nice to be out on the water. Our only complaint is that our original time was canceled and that information was sent to viator who did not notify us. Luckily, we were able to find another trip on the same day and came back to do it. So the company itself was great viator, not so much.

Not the best boat tour for the money

This is a boat tour run by Stromma, which operates a lot of the excursions and tours in Stockholm. The tour starts at Stromkajen and takes you around Gamla Stan and Sodermalm islands in a clockwise loop. Ideally, you would finish by passing through the locks at Slussen but at the moment, those locks are closed due to construction. As a result, you end up retracing your route all the way around Sodermalm back to the start. So basically half the trip is seeing stuff you already saw. There are some good points. The boat passes through a lock (twice) which is unique. They had a nice audio commentary over the loudspeakers in English. The main downside was that the passengers got bored with the commentary about a third of the way through and started drinking beers, chatting, laughing, and being generally rowdy. This was not even in the peak season, so the boat was only half full. Anyway, with all the passenger noise, it was not possible to hear the commentary. The operators provide an app that works on your phone and can play the same commentary through your headphones, but sadly, the app stopped generating commentary about a third of the way through. This is also the only option if you don’t speak English. So all of those people would be out of luck. The price (about $40) is quite high for what you get. We took an equally long ferry ride to Vaxholm for about 1/8 the price and enjoyed the scenery more.

Friendly staff. Great information from guide. Beaytiful scenery. Lovely traditional boat - better than the modern ones. Good range of snacks and drinks. Perhaps better instructions re finding the boat's location.

The guide was hardly audible and there were not enough chairs for people to sit on the deck. It goes out and back. The information wasn’t amazing.

Crociera piacevole, oltretutto abbiamo beccato anche una bellissima giornata di sole. Devo però segnalare per onestà nei confronti di chi intende prenotare, che il cocktail o mocktail NON è affatto incluso. È possibile acquistarlo prima della crociera in cassa si, ma non è assolutamente incluso. L' audioguida invece è inclusa, ma attenzione, la linea va e viene e rischiate di rimanere a sentire il nulla, poiché ad un certo punto non è possibile più connettersi con il Wifi, cosa che è successa a metà del giro. Non ho fatto presente la cosa perché riuscivo a seguire in inglese, ma per chi ha un po' di difficoltà questo potrebbe essere un disagio. Detto questo, descrivete l'attività per quello che è, ossia un giro in barca di 60 minuti con audioguida.

It was a beautiful day for a boat ride! The guide was good however there was less information about Sweden than I would have liked. It was about various sights along the way but not much more. It was definitely a good trip.
