The only complaint I had is that there is absolutely no cover/shade at all. It was 28 degrees Celsius boiling heat. I had a hat, sunglasses and umbrella for shade but was told to remove it as the person behind me could not see properly over my head although this was not the case at all (!) Would be nice if the tour operator could add some sort of cover for shade like the Hop on Hop Off buses have... otherwise a nice enough boat ride...
