Only a 1 because can’t give minus review. Caught bus from nyashamn from cruise ship to Stockholm to abba museum, Only problem was waited an hour for next bus had to take taxi at $103 aud to get back to drop off point to make it back to our cruise ship was going live movement of bus and they were all parked none moving for an hour. Very poor service

Enjoyable cruise with a great guide who was informative as well as entertaining! The three types of cheese’s were plentiful with delicious cheese crackers. Good choice of wines so overall it was a great trip for the price!

Took your bus from Nymashamn Sweden to Stockholm and was completely lied to regarding your service . I asked about the bus schedule back to the Princess Cruises terminal and was told busses come by every 20-30 minutes with the last bus leaving at 4pm from stop #1 in Glama Stan. I came back at 3pm because it was cold and raining just to be told there was only one shuttle bus back to the cruise port at 4pm. Stood in line waiting for an hour, with angry customers that rushed the bus once it arrived. I asking for a full refund because the service was terrible, unorganized and your staff gave me false information. *Follow-up*. I did reach out to your customer service by email and phone call twice with no response.

A fantastic opportunity to learn about Gothenburg port and get out to see the archipelago. We were aboard the St Erik which was a charming vessel with plenty of seating on and under deck. It was refreshing to sit on the top deck as we left the port out towards the Archipelago but it’s recommended if you’re doing so, take a good coat for windy days. The wildlife around the archipelago including seals and birds was great to see and we went in close to some of the bigger islands. The food and drink available on board looked great although we only purchased drinks. The guide was informative and friendly throughout the trip and even went round to ask if anyone had questions as we headed back to conclude the trip. All round a great experience and a perfect addition to any trip to Gothenburg.

Even tho it was raining all day, the cruise was still the highlight of the day. Thank you to lovely staff who kindly changed my ticket to the boat with roof 🙏
