You have to collect the ticket at an info booth but they did not have my name on the list there, the QR code also could not just be scanned, I had to show them my email with order and after waiting and many calls they luckily managed to get me a ticket but it was not as it should be and I was lucky the ladies at the booth were so kind to make the calls and managed the problem but obvioulsy the ticket booth did not receive the infos rg my order from the platform ... :-( -> Football game was good though.
