I was not given any information about the venue prior to the event so when I arrived I had to pay an extra $20 to store my handbag while at the event. Also loads of others were in the same situation as me so it took ages to process the bag confiscation so I missed the first quarter of the game- not happy as paid a lot of money for this event 😡
