Ein durchschnittlicher Ausflug. Leider nur kurz mal zwei Delfine gesehen. War eher langweilig. Die 3-4 Häppchen waren qualitativ gut. Sie wurden dann nur so alle 20 Minuten serviert und es war eher wenig. Die Getränke waren so so la la. Champagner gab es nicht, nur Prosecco. Die Guides waren nett und haben Informationen weiter gegeben. Leider war es manchmal mit dem Schiffslärm schlecht zu hören.

Alles super! Die Häppchen hätten etwas besser und vielleicht auch etwas differenzierter sein können.

magnifique croisière pour un superbe coucher de soleil. boissons a volonté ainsi que quelques zakouskis. musique et ambiance au top. pas mal de personnes mais pas gênant. personnel sympa. avons pu apercevoir quelques dauphins. superbe moment

My husband was sick the day of the sunset sail. They would not refund our money. This was really disappointing given the circumstances (I still really wanted to go, but did not want to put my husband in a bad situation at sea, or to risk exposing others to illness). But what really bothered me the most was the rude and dismissive attitude over the phone when I called. If the customer service person (Maya, maybe? something like that) had been at all kind, compassionate, or apologetic, it would have gone a long way in making a disappointing situation more tolerable. Instead, I felt doubly frustrated with the loss of the money and having been treated poorly on top of that. I would not book with this company unless you're sure you won't mind being charged full price even for circumstances beyond your control.

Es war sehr entspannend und wunderschön. Die Crew war sehr professionell und freundlich. Die Live Musik störte nicht beim Unterhalten. Die Drinks Option würde ich nächstes Mal nicht upgraden. Persönlich würde ich mich nächstes Mal für ein anderes Boot, klassischen Segler entscheiden. Kommunikation über kurzfristige Abfahrtszeitänderung war schlecht.

The team was wonderful, and the food and drinks were great too. The snorkeling locations were terrific, so good to see the reef coming back. Got to see turtles, sharks and lots of other fish. Really good price for the trip. Will definitely do it again next time I’m in Key West.

Die Tour war sehr gut, die guides total entspannt und locker drauf, sie haben viel erklärt und sich viel Mühe gegeben. Wir haben Delfine gesehen, die Stimmung an Board war super 👍🏼 rund um ein gelungener Ausflug! Würden wir wieder machen:-)
