They upcharge for everything. The meal pass no longer includes a refillable cup. Spending that much money for a meal pass I should not have to die of thirst waiting 90 min between drinks.

I’m completely blown away with the level of trash in this park. Staff allowing anyone to cut in line. Delayed rides and not informed. Very expensive food and everything else in the park. Worst experience we’ve had ever and we are locals. All these reviews seem to be staged. I’m sure they will remove this so none of you see it. What a waste of time and money.

Most rides delayed we paid $520 and have rode one ride and have been here for 3 hours. No intercom to inform guest when rides are delayed. Disney and Universal is over all cheapest faster and much cleaner. This park is a trash dump you can tell trash has been laying on ground for a longtime. No staff to stop over guest from cutting in line. Do not come here this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a theme park. My wife and I wanted to take kids some place for the day and we absolutely picked the wrong park. We are locals here so we aren’t just visiting. This park is horrible and not worth the money at all. Now we are all the way to the point we can see the ride and the ride is closed. This is an update it’s been over 3 hours now!!!

Restrooms were disgusting, reeked of urine smells and trash. Staff looks miserable working and we’re minimally helpful when asked about redeeming the ticket and all day cup promotion. If you want to refill that cup you have to wait in the lines at the food service where people select their food. This isn’t run like it was 10 years ago when we had passes. They even have a screen to leave tips, just who gets these tips in the restaurants? There are no wait staff, you have to grab your stuff and put it in trays that you carry yourself.

If SeaWorld actually cared about the environment, vegan food would be easily accessible in the park. This was my first time at SeaWorld. I have no problem finding vegan food at Disney. I assumed SeaWorld, who prides itself on caring for the environment and our oceans, would be easy to eat at. This was not the case. I Googled which locations had vegan food. Every place that came up either didn't actually have anything on the menu or were out of the vegan options. We spent two hours in the hot Orlando sun trying to find a place to eat. We did eventually get something, but it was a miserable experience. Veganism is the biggest thing an individual can choose to help our planet. When SeaWorld actively chooses to not make vegan dining accessible, in makes the rest of their sustainability message feel like greenwashing. Handing me a paper straw in a PLASTIC cup doesn't make me feel better when there's almost nothing I can eat. Disney has proven that making vegan food accessible in a large theme park is absolutely possible. SeaWorld has no excuse.

Had a good day at the park. Some of the restrooms need to be renovated and make sure the air conditioner is working. Walk ways at night need more lighting to help see to leave the park.
