I dont care what you say, Seaworld is amazing and responsible for some of the best days of my life. It's not what it used to be, but either is being married to the same amazing broad for 10 years. You still love her right? RIGHT?!?!

Terrible Customer Service!!! this company has not separated the phone ques to ensure that the customer service reps that answer are very fluent in English. Then you can’t get a refund when someone in your party had to cancel because their flight was cancelled due to bad weather. Have tried a number of times on hold for up to two hours and still no progress. Then on the day 13 of us attended, we got rained out after purchasing tickets with the meal provision. I have called almost daily to request another curtesy ticket with meal provision and keep hearing that the response takes 7-10 days and now being told it will be 2-3 weeks before their corresponding dept. will issue the curtesy. AWFUL!!!😣

This place is a bigger version of miami seaquarium. It is depressing over priced and just plain crap with the amount of money they charge I was very disappointed. Do not waste your time or money

Today was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had in Orlando. I expected long lines during the summer, but I did not expect such a low level of quality. I will never come back to SeaWorld/Aquatica. The overall quality is extremely poor, and the customer service was disappointing. The ticket prices are good, but the park is starting to feel like a clearance sale. Raise the prices if necessary, but improve the quality. A premium park should deliver a premium experience. If you’re looking for a high-quality theme park experience, this is definitely not the place. I would not recommend it.

This was a much better experience this time. However, I went with my elderly parents and we went early so that we could leave before it became 1000 degrees..lol, all the shows that we wanted to see did not start until late afternoon. We decided to stick it out, but then it rained and didn't get to see the shows anyway. Did we complain?? Heck no - we found a spot that had a happy hour and enjoyed people watching. It turned out to be a great day! Park was super easy entry this time compared to the previous visit and it was not crowded.
