This park was a great experience with my family and I. We enjoyed the many roller coaster rides the aquariums, the dolphin shows, firework shows and so much more. This was our first time at Seaworld and plan to come back soon.

Didn't get to ride any rides, saw the Orca show which was great, after that all rides and events were shut down due to inclement weather. It didn't rain at all that day yet the rides remained closed. They were more than happy to have you walk around and do nothing more than spend money in the gift shops. This trip had been planned for a while and everyone was excited, that was short lived. Was told no refunds on tickets or tickets to return at a later date.

Although Seaworld is a wonderful place, I believe there should be more "PROFESSIONAL" individuals hired because some of the young immature people that work there is definitely not a good look. Now I was there with my husband and two kids this past Tuesday. My kids had an amazing experience as always, but some of the people that work there made it terrible. Let's start with the Penguin Rollercoaster. Prior to the ride starting, there was a kid with glasses and messed up hair working the ride. He told me that I needed to take off my hat that was CLEARLY SECURED, ehich I informed him. Remind you, while waiting, there were other people going on with their hats. He stopped the whole ride until I removed my hat and put it in the unsecured bin. He should be sanctioned for singling out certain people to remove their hat. Now for the carousel in Sesame Street, I believe her name was Wendelisa (big glasses, two pig tails) was very unprofessional and beyond immature. There was no line, but a father and his son walking ahead of my son and I. She waited until I got past the chain that she opened as a short cut for everyone to get through which was very inconvenient because I had my 2 year old with me. He was very tired and hot and for her to do that and then laugh about it with another black girl with blonde braids was absolutely immature, but I expect less. Then they were still giggling and laughing while in the ride. Now my husband asked the gentlemen with an afro who was working the ride if it were OK we ride again after. He said yes that's fine. When the ride ended, everyone else got off and I stood on both both my kids. All three of them were standing there with people in line, just staring at us like they didn't know we were staying on. When I looked over, the kid was like."OH are you staying on?" Now they purposely held up people from boarding because Wendelisa thought she was funny. I said "Yes, that's what was stated in the previous conversation." So, Wendelisa was smirking the whole time after holding up the line. After the ride finished, I asked her name and left. She should be fired immediately. She needs training on how to deal with the public PROFESSIONALLY! Other than these disgraceful individuals, Seaworld is always a great place to visit. We've been bringing our kids here since they were born.

SeaWorld Florida: Where Customer Service Goes to Drown (And Your Wallet Follows) Ah, SeaWorld Florida—the magical kingdom where the orcas look freer than the guests, and the staff treat basic human needs like an optional upgrade you forgot to purchase. What an absolute masterclass in hospitality. Let’s talk about the water rides, those charming little floating cattle cars designed for maximum discomfort. I mentioned I have claustrophobia. Not “mildly dislike tight spaces,” not “prefer aisle seats,” but an actual issue. The response? A blank stare followed by the warm, caring instruction to just get on. Because nothing soothes anxiety like being ordered into a confined space by someone who clearly skipped the “maybe don’t force people with medical issues” module of employee training. Then came the seating arrangement from hell. Somehow the largest human available was deposited directly beside me, guaranteeing I was pinned, unable to even get the belt around myself. When I couldn’t, the helpful suggestion was simply: “Get the belt on now.” Not “let’s adjust,” not “is there another seat,” not even a basic acknowledgment that a grown adult was physically stuck. Just barked instructions while I was trapped. I got off. The reaction? A dismissive “okay, leave.” No concern. No apology. No offer to help find an alternative. Just pure, unfiltered indifference delivered with the enthusiasm of someone who’d rather be anywhere else. Absolutely horrific. The thought of anyone with a child—especially a kid with any kind of special needs or anxiety—trying to enjoy themselves here is enough to make your stomach turn. This isn’t theme-park inefficiency. This is actively hostile customer service dressed up in a wet polo shirt. I was actually about to upgrade my ticket and head across the road to the location where you can swim with the dolphins—an impressive upgrade fee, by the way—until this little episode of institutional contempt cured me of any remaining interest. Without planning on it, I decided right then that SeaWorld could keep both the upgrade and the rest of my money. Absolute crap. A complete waste. Anyone and everyone who wants to contact me about the rest of this dump is welcome to do so; I’ll gladly share the full, unvarnished truth about what happened here. SeaWorld markets itself as family fun and animal wonder. What it delivered was a claustrophobic squeeze, zero empathy, and a staff attitude that treated guests like inconveniences to be processed and discarded. If your idea of a good time is being ignored, forced, and then waved away when you finally escape, by all means, go. For everyone else: skip the water rides, skip the attitude, skip the pricey dolphin swim, and maybe skip the whole park until they remember that people with legitimate issues aren’t just obstacles in the queue.

NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING OVER STANDARD PARKING. If you select VIP or preferred parking, they will tell you to put on your hazards and you will be directed to vip parking. There is no one directing you, you will park directly next to people that paid 40 dollars less. Then they will not refund you because you “entered the park”. Very poor customer service.
