Visited in August 2026 Rides Some really good rides and roller coasters. Mako was the highlight for us. Ride operations were awful compared to Disney/Universal. Very slow loading on to rides, often empty seats when there was a 60+ minute waiting time. Ride operators dud not seem well trained. We waited for Penguin Trek by entrance after a storm.had come. Waiting for ride, everyone was near entrance for a good 15 minutes. Ride then opened and the person stood at gate then decided to tell everyone bags needed to be in lockers. The bags in lockers in lots of rides is ridiculous as there is plenty of space to put them somewhere, it just seems like a money making scheme as you get charged for lockers unlike at Universal. Ride App also poor. It said a wait time of 25 minutes for Atlantis, so we head over only to find it was 110 minutes. When you get to front of lines, it is like a free for all where people go, not like at Disney or Universal where there is someone directing people and making sure no empty seats. It is almost like they are making you want to pay for a Quick Queue pass. No single rider lines also made waits longer. Very little shade/shelter at most rides too. Shows We saw the sealion, dolphin and orca shows all which were good, but some of the presentation/comedy slapstick was a bit poor. Food/drink Very,very expensive and not great quality so don't bother if you can take food (but then you have to pay for a locker for rides!) Food was more expensive than Disney/Universal. Overall, a good park but potential to be a lot better if they can sort out the ride operations to reduce wait times, get a better App and reduce food/drink/locker prices.

Very Disappointing Experience – Customer Service Fell Short On July 5th, I visited the park with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday, and unfortunately, what was supposed to be a special day turned into a very disappointing experience. We waited in line for the Odyssey ride for an entire hour, only for the ride to break down three separate times. The final disappointment came when we were literally at the front of the line and were informed that they were experiencing additional difficulties. After waiting an hour, that was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I completely understand that Florida weather is unpredictable, and I don't blame the park for the rain. However, nearly every ride we wanted to experience was either closed or unavailable because of the weather. We ended up having to miss our reservations at Shark Underwater Grill because we were completely soaked and didn't want to sit in a cold, dark restaurant while drenched. Ultimately, the only ride we were able to enjoy was Mako, along with one other attraction. The Penguin Encounter, which we paid extra for, was honestly the highlight of the entire day and the one experience that truly made the trip worthwhile. What made the situation even more frustrating was what happened afterward. The following week, we contacted Guest Services/Customer Support regarding the experience. We were told someone would get back to us about rain-check tickets. We waited, but never received a response. We had to call again during the first week of August to find out what was happening. The gentleman we spoke with told us that he had sent a message on our behalf, marked us as a priority, and that we should receive an email from SeaWorld within a few days. We specifically explained that we were hoping to receive the tickets before August 11th, because we would be back in the area for my birthday and wanted the opportunity to use them during that trip. Now it's the second week of August, and we still haven't received an email, a phone call, or any meaningful follow-up. At this point, it's not even about the original ride breakdowns or the weather. It's about how the situation was handled afterward. I understand things happen, but when a customer is told that their issue is being prioritized and that someone will follow up, that follow-up should actually happen. We spent our money expecting to have a memorable birthday experience, and unfortunately, both the park experience and the customer service afterward have left us extremely disappointed. I really wanted to give SeaWorld the benefit of the doubt, but after having to repeatedly reach out just to get an update, I can't say that I feel the customer service experience has been anywhere near where it should be. At this point, I may simply take my money and birthday plans to another theme park.

I’d give SeaWorld Orlando 2/5 stars. There were a few things I enjoyed, especially some of the roller coasters, but overall, I didn’t feel like the experience was worth the price. The park was crowded, the lines could be really long, and the food and drinks were expensive. Some parts of the park also felt like there wasn’t enough to do compared with other theme parks in Orlando. The rides were probably the best part, but for the cost of admission, I expected more. Overall, I think there are better theme parks to visit in Orlando, so I probably wouldn’t rush back.

No shade what so ever! Even in the kids area. They used to have a huge playground that was covered. At least put sun shades in Sesame Street world!

I regret buying season passes to this park. It is so nasty dirty, wet floors I was at the Waterway Grill going to the the lounge to get a drink and the floors were extremely wet no wet floor sign and I almost slipped and fell if it wasn't for my girlfriend's scooter I was able to catch myself. I ate a the Lakeside grill the food was nasty!! The trays were wet and sticky the place was filthy. The bathrooms are nasty, smell like urine no toilet seat protectors. This park is pathetic. I had season passes to The Disney Parks and the keep those parks immaculate. I decided to switch up the parks for something different. What a waste of money!!! The all day dining pass should include anything on the menu. These parks need to get it together. Why don't the parks have housekeepers keeping the place clean and have better food. It's just disgusting.

Have not been to Sea World in over 20 years. Couldn't get over how much its grown and still adding on. The animals are amazing to watch. The animal rescue center was neat. The rides were fun. If you plan to eat at the park its cheaper buying the all day eating pass. You can eat something/somewhere every 90 minutes of your stay. Refillable water bottle stations was nice also
