We paid $75 for the worst fish and chips imaginable and two other thoroughly forgettable dishes. But even accepting all of that overlooks the bigger problem: the place itself just felt boring, cheap and uninspired. We went to SeaWorld Abu Dhabi and, good Lord, was that fun. The difference is almost difficult to overstate. Here, everything seemed to scream cheap and simple. Even the plush toys in the gift shops looked low quality. Maybe that's ultimately why it was such a disappointment. With a name like SeaWorld, in a place like Orlando, I expected the world. Sadly, what we experienced was very nearly the opposite.

Sea World used to be our favorite theme park and the only one we would get annual passes to. Now, if it weren't for Aquatica, I wouldn't have an annual pass.
