I have had the platinum annual pass for a few years and yesterday they didn't let me in with my servce dog, which I have carried everywhere and to the same park for years. The treatment was terrible and I even showed them photos from other years in the park with the animal and even the medical certificate but they refused. I would never go back.

We had a wonderful time. All the staff were super helpful. We are annual pass holders and enjoy visiting often. The behind the scenes event being held this weekend was educational and informative. We are not able to do rides but enjoy the shows and animals.

Platinum holder. Love that they have sesame street parade. Really wish the staff did not leave the metal chains on the entrance of the kids' chootrain ride. Kids swing it around and around, and one day, someone will get hurt by being hit by that thick metal chain. Kids also should not be on leashes in the play area or splashoad. I understand that they may help some parents keep track of their kids. However, the staff should also be worried about creating a trip line for other children who are playing. It would be nice if the staff stepped in more to ensure the safety if everyone playing. The staff DID make sure everyone stayed behind the line on the road for the parade, they should continue to utilize this interaction for all other areas of safety.
