Dear Sea World Orlando Team, I am writing to share my recent experience during my visit to your park in December 2024, following my previous visit in August 2024. During my last visit, I purchased the Quick Queue to allow my 4-year-old son to enjoy the Penguin Trek roller coaster, with us having the opportunity to ride it consecutively at least 10 times. This had created wonderful memories for both of us. However, upon my recent visit, I decided to purchase the Unlimited Bundle for our family. At the time of purchase, I was not made aware of any conditions regarding ride access, aside from the stated 90-minute break between meals. Unfortunately, when we approached the Penguin Trek ride, my son’s excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we discovered that our tickets did not grant us access. This was particularly disheartening as there were several other guests experiencing the same issue. While I understand that terms and conditions can change, I believe it is essential to clearly communicate any restrictions at the point of sale to avoid confusion. Although the information about ride exclusions can be found on your website, it was not readily available during the purchase process, which can easily lead to misunderstandings. Regrettably, this experience has led me to rate my visit with only one star, as I am unable to provide a lower rating. It is painful for any parent to witness their child's disappointment, and I hope that improving transparency regarding ride access can prevent future guests from having similar experiences. Great time. Good thing to keep in mind if you are coming with kids between 3 and 5 you will have a grand total of three rides to go on. Very disappointing.

I purchased the two day tickets with all-day dining and ultimate quick queue, and i am super disappointed. Firstly, all the staff members, with the exception of one, we had to explain with a paper quick queue receipt what it was. They were all pretty much clueless. The place is extremely unorganized and overpriced for what it is. The app is basically useless and if you want to go just purchase the basic ticket when you go because if you purchase online you have to stand in the same line as people purchasing tickets for them to print you a paper receipt to carry with you in a water park... some of the attractions are cool but be prepared to deal with very slow and clueless staff with very few exceptions.

The park is easy to get around. Their dining plan was an excellent option. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
