They cancel close up tours you plan for weeks half an hour before, while you are already in the park… food is not good but it didn’t bother me as I already knew this. Music around the park is way too loud. No straws in the park so if you have someone with eating disability, no drinks for you. The managers were accommodating to issues. Staff is mostly kind and attentive. Shout out to Gregory from the store. It was lovely to talk to him. He was absolutely the highlight of our staff interaction. Sadly there is barely zero animal close up tour for disabled / people that depend on walking support or wheelchairs, so we had to cancel a bunch. They didn’t advise us by phone when we called in. Not clear in the website either.

Super fun, not as crazy crowded as some of the other parks. If you are going you have to see the dolphin show it's the best part. The one thing I really didn't like was that they are "cashless" which is complete BS, as a business you should be able to accept currency. Rant over, this place is sweet.

It was disappointing! Mako, surf coaster, and ice breaker weren't running!?!. Kraken, 10 minute wait turned into 1 hour, with only 1 car running and several schools there! Kraken was my favorite coaster. It WAS a smooth riding coaster, but NOT anymore !! It was so rough!! When's the last time they rode it. IT DEFINITELY NEEDS WORK! The 12:00 whale show didn't happen due to issues with a gate. Told to come back for the 3:00 show. Hopefully, the gate would be working then. Got lunch and called it a day.🤔☹️

We had a great time and experience. Didn't have to wait very long in lines. Almost all the exhibits were open. Kind of expensive but we still enjoyed it. We only did the zoo side but next time, with more time we will visit the interactive side.

Just got back from SeaWorld get together with my loves. I purchased my tickets in advance with the quick queue rides option (which we didn’t even used) I was disappointed with the fact the didn’t have rides to accommodate my 2 year old will be 3 soon grandson. The only ride we all got on was the merry go round cuz I held on to him. The also purchased the all you can dine. I have to say I am disappointed they do not offer vegan options. I literally ate at two places. One spot, I literally had to make my case that I wanted to substitute the small salad for the meat that I didn’t want. They argued with me that I was gonna have to pay $8. I was like are you kidding me. I won my case but really SeaWorld you should have options for vegan people! Atlantis was closed. Overall, my grandson enjoyed his dolphin encounter.

I didn't come here to relax; I just came to buy a ticket for my daughter's birthday. In the end, they charged me for parking, and when I returned after 15 minutes to get my money back, they charged me again. But I didn't check right away. Two days later, I came back to sort it out, and they said it was a mistake on their part, but they wouldn't refund me because it had already been two days!
