Guest services queue was 40 minutes clearly not enough staff, and they were taking 10-15 mins to serve 1 person. Not a great way to start the experience

VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PARK I am a pass member and each person who is an associate is absolutely incompetent and only trying to sell stuff rather than helping. There is not a single person in the park who is ready to help and half of them dont even know what is quick queue and simply making either go front of the park or go in circles.

Overall experience was okay. Food was terriable and overpriced $25usd for a small plate of beef teriyaki with chicken and rice I wouldn't give to my dog. The sea lion show was cruel as the lions were purposely trained for our own entertainment instead of just a normal interaction and petting type venue like the stingray kiosk. I really wish they removed this type of show attractions. At the end of the day there was a single mother stranded in the parking lot with a dead battery asking us to jumpstart her car we only had a rental van at the time with no cables so we were unable to help her. She stated that sea world was reluctant to help her jump start her car as it was against their company policy. DISNEY PARKS provide this service as well as an automotive repair shop off site. If you want to put your standards up to competing parks your going to need more coasters and better food aswell as ability to help your patrons

Had a wonderful time, park was very clean and all animals seemed so happy and healthy! While I felt the parking cost was exorbitant, leaving the park at night was so easy with minimal delays....even though the park was packed! We'll be back.

Tickets are way too pricey, foreign credit cards sometimes just don’t work, cash is not accepted except through a prepaid credit card that needs charging with bills, and their main attractions sometimes just don’t perform. Great way to spend a vacation day.

SeaWorld is a must-visit for thrill seekers! Their roller coasters are absolutely top-notch, offering a perfect mix of speed, drops, and inversions. Mako is an adrenaline rush with its smooth, high-speed turns, while Kraken delivers intense loops that keep your heart racing. Manta is a unique experience—it makes you feel like Superman as you glide face-down through the air, diving and twisting like you're flying. Each coaster is well-maintained, and the wait times were reasonable. Even if you come for the marine life, the rides alone make it worth the trip. If you love roller coasters, SeaWorld is a fantastic destination!
