They have lost the loving feeling. ALL employees were so rude. We were at the Pipeline and walked toward the event center. We used the bathroom up there and a female employee began yelling, YOU ALL BELONG HERE YOU HAVE TO GET OUT NOW YOU DONT BELONG HERE. my family felt sp embarrassed and humiliated. Never going to Sea World Orlando again.

Just amazing. Another fantastic family day at seaworld. You can't go wrong bye going here with your family. You have your rides and entertainment with all the shows between the dolphins and the orcas and seals and sea lions and many more. Plus there's Sesame Street and there daily parade and the edgication side of it where you can learn so much about the animals and spices. To much to list and even more to see and do in just one day. I bring my family here every year my kids love it . I think that we came back as much as 16 times in one year. My kids love it that much and still enjoy it today. Wonderful time with family and friends. Memories for life !

Not impressed! We bought passes for Sea World this year, planning to take the grandkids and others. Although the workers are a little helpful the website and app is not user friendly. A visit to Guest services is required for a lot of things that are promised with a yearly membership instead of just being given to you like you are led to believe. The drink refill, money vouchers and other things are not honored everywhere and there is no signage to let you know. You must wait in the line to get to the front and find out. Waiting for rides - no worker to help people choose lines and keep the lines moving. All in all it’s the worst theme park I’ve been in - in terms of organization and the experience. Yes the workers with the animals seem knowledgeable but then again - the dolphin & orca show you can hear the music but not much of what the workers are saying to educate you. Definitely will never purchase passes for sea world again- if I could get a refund I would. Legoland, Lion country Safari and Gatorland all rank higher for less money. Didn’t expect Disney but would be easy to improve the customer experience.

For what it is, esepcially for florida residents, its a nice getaway. To drop in, check out some animals, get wet, cool down and relax. Its worth the price for annual pass.
