Food is not worth $5 let alone $15-40 a person. Also the all day eating pass does not pay for itself. Just take your own photos unless you want photos of the rides you go on. Park is more about shopping rather than animal viewing or eating. Dining with orcas is absolutely disgusting. Staff is very respectful and cheerful

Unfortunately SeaWorld has gone downhill. We've been pass holders for about 6 years and the prices are higher and higher every time we go. The shows get shorter and shorter. The orca show is a joke. There's 4/5th video and 1/5 live orca. The dolphin show is good but it's much shorter too. They keep building roller coasters but that's not what this park is supposed to be about. The seal show is still cute. The prices in the gift shops are horrific! The ice cream shop is reasonable. We went today and they offered free popcorn. We literally had to walk through the whole park to the orca show to find the only popcorn vendor! We waited over 30m in the sun just to get to the kiosk to get our rewards cards. Just sad. We just went this last Sunday and the giant screen at the orca show has so many pixels screwed up in it. SeaWorld you need to do better!

Best Theme park and little to no line when you go from 9:30 am to 7:00 At night the rides are beautiful with lights everywhere and a good vibrant feeling. People and staff are kind friendly and are not disturbing. I would recommend that if you want the softer side of rides you should go on cookie tower, carousel, infinity falls, and sesame street land. For the more enhanced fun rides you are for sure going to want to go on Manta, Kraken, Mako, Pipeline, Icebreaker, Penguin trek, and sadly one water ride was closed which looked awesome but apart from that the food is amazing the only thing is the food is very expensive if you have over a group of 4 or 5, but it is very good either way, there are orca shows and they are very nice. Bathrooms are super clean and have soap paper towel, and clean toilets stalls, and automatic sinks. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!👍

On Saturday 03/01/2025, my family and I went to sea world. It was around 8:30 when my special needs nephew went missing. I went to an employee they then referred me to guest relations. The line was extremely long, so I went to the counter to ask if someone can assist getting security but I was told to wait on line. I know in emergency situations like these seconds count. I refused to wait on line and kept asking eventually the customer this gentleman (J.R.) was assisting told him it’s okay to help me. He then with an attitude wrote on a park map my nephews age, race etc asked for what his conditions were and walked away 3 other employees NOT WITH CUSTOMERS were standing there smiling doing nothing while my nephew was still missing. 8 minutes later J.R. Comes back to tell me security was looking for him and if they find him then they will call me and he took my number on another park map. Eventually we found my nephew as he walked out side of the park when who knows but he was walking around the parking lot. I never ever received a call from them nor did any security come up to us. I am appalled and disgusted with how they handled this situation.

Had fun; my only complaint is with the all-day dining pass because they don't tell you what's open, and there is almost nothing open until 10:30 or 11 to get food and drinks. Every employee directed us to a different location that was supposedly open, and it was the fourth employee we asked who actually told us the right place to go. We did the penguin encounter; it was awesome, but it books up fast, so I would recommend booking on the app ahead of time, as well as prepaying for parking.

I'm writing to express my absolute disgust with my recent experience at SeaWorld. As a parent of a 9-year-old daughter who is a leg amputee, I expected at least a modicum of accessibility and respect. Instead, I encountered a complete and utter disregard for the needs of disabled guests. The designated wheelchair spots for shows were consistently occupied by able-bodied individuals. Not only was this incredibly frustrating, but it was also deeply upsetting for my daughter. We were repeatedly forced to find alternative, often unsuitable, viewing locations, leaving her feeling excluded and marginalized. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of empathy from the staff. When we attempted to address the issue, we were met with dismissive attitudes and a clear unwillingness to assist. There was no attempt to enforce the designated areas or offer any reasonable solutions. It was clear that disability access was an afterthought, if even that. SeaWorld claims to be a family-friendly destination, but they have utterly failed to create an inclusive environment. If you or a loved one has a disability, I strongly advise you to avoid this establishment. They have demonstrated a complete lack of respect and consideration for those with disabilities.

This place rips you off. “Dine all Day” but the only breakfast time option is one restaurant whose breakfast is a muffin and some fruit or cake. The “quick que” pass doesn’t cover Pipeline or Penguin Trek, but they still charge an arm and a leg for it. The expedition cafe makes you get your food, checkout, THEN receive your cup (with a QR code that prevents refills) then fight crowds back to the food area to get your beverage. It’s a terrible layout. The dolphin show and the sea lions were cool.

Shorter wait times was great since we went during the week (Thursday) longest wait was around 20 minutes. Seeing the show for the whales was the best part! I would highly recommend getting the all you can eat package. Food is pricey otherwise.
