We are annual pass holders and on 5/14 we went to the park with riding the new Expedition ride. I always have a back pack with water & other essentials so when we walked over to the ride I was informed that the ride was not equipped with a basket under the seat like Soarin at Epcot so I would need to purchase a locker for the ride!!! The locker was $12!!!! To say the least we were not happy about this so we did not go on. We were not ALONE!!! You can do better than this Sea World.

If I can give NO STARS I would!!! ***BEWARE**** DO NOT GET A PLAT PASS WITH THIE COMPANY!!!! They stole $200 from me!!! My pass expired January of this year and they continue to charge my card $42 for 5 months after it expired. During this I had NO ACCESS TO MY PASS yet they still took the money. It wasn’t that I was past due because I made every payment each month via auto pay. I warn u not to get there pass if u are trying to be robbed!!! They took my money and can only refund me 2 months of charges? If ALL THE CHARGES WERE INCORRECT then I’m entitled to a FULL REFUND of the incorrect charges on my account. I don’t wanna hear that they have a non refund/non transfer policy MY CONTRACT ENDED WITH THEM WHEN MY PASS EXPIRED 1/13/25. I could understand these charges if they automatically renewed my pass BUT THEY DIDN’T!!! They stopped my pass but the charges continued and I kept getting stone walled just to speak to a supervisor the car didn’t even have a name for the supervisor in case we got disconnected and after being on hold for AN HR multiple attempts to be connected to supervisor I got connected just to be told 2 months. No no no I need all 5 charges refunded back to my card I am going to the better Business bureau because this is wrong and shameful business practices. SEAWORLD ROBBED ME!!! Don’t let them take advantage of u too! I’ve attached proof of the charges and my app that says no pass!
