Enjoyed the visit (our second time). Lost a star because we went on a day where alot of schools brought their students which made the place very busy. Speaking with staff, line ups were unusually long. Would have preferred a heads up on the website or even just close the park to the schools that day. Had we known, we would have gone on a different day. Otherwise the visit was enjoyable. We did the shows during the afternoon... waited until after 4pm to do rides when all the school kids left (no lines after 4pm).

Had a very humiliating and insulting experience at the Sea Lion show. I'm physically disabled and require a wheelchair. When I was headed towards the accessibility seats for the show, the actor that entertains all the kids before the show decided to grab my wheelchair and pretend he was stealing it. I started grabbing at the wheels and trying to get the chair to stop, but he kept pushing it and the entire crowd was laughing because I guess it's funny to see people making fun of disabled people. I immediately wanted to leave and probably will not come back here. It was a very dehumanising moment.

We are in our 50's and came to see animals and shows. The park was confusing, lack of signs, map impossible to follow, app confusing and we missed every animal show except one. We did enjoy the orca show, but then the park is so much walking by the time we arrived at the next show it was "full". We then decided to go on a ride and the line took 2 hours in the hot sun standing, to get on. Everyone leaving the ride looked unhappy, and it was clear to us why, as the ride didn't just splash water as we assumed it would, we were literally soaked from chest down, shoes soaked, pants soaked. Then we attempted to find the section of the park where the animals were and walked for 2 hours, being sent in the wrong direction by several employees, only to end up back in the food area. Finally frustrated, hot, wet and sticky we found the animal area which was not great but nice, and we went on one more ride, at which my friend wasn't informed to remove his hat and he lost it on the ride. We asked an employee for help who told us to wait to 10pm and ask the "guest services" at that time. We did wait and they said that no hat was found and they sent us to lost and found, which was closed! Eventually 15 minutes late the attendant returned and told me she'd send me a link to file a lost report, which never came to my phone! I told her and she resent it to my email and I still never received it. We were exhausted, sore, and still in wet shoes, having went on 2 rides, and saw one animal show at the end of the day, missing our hat, and having been misdirected and spent hours waking the park just trying to find things unsuccessfully nearly the whole day. Last straw was when we asked where we can get back to the food for a quick bite and a park worker sent us, on a 15 minute walk only to find the food closed early and the only food stand left open had "a chicken leg with no sides for $15!" No thanks we left so frustrated.

Amazing fun, seven seas food festival is a must, the food and drinks are fantastic, the staff is extremely friendly on par if not better the epcots. The sampler package is such a great and innovative idea, the entire family loves it.

It was amazing 👏 We went as a couples outing and it was wonderful. Oan 2 top it off Jordan Sparks was performing 😍😍🥰🥰
