Very fun and educational place to go. I love the roller coasters as well as being able to see the wildlife rescued by sea world. I prefer the shows in sea world because it shows the sea life doing things that they would do in the wild. I just wish some activities werent extra, and there were more chances to get up closer to the sea life without having to pay extra

I made a purchase of tickets in 2023 for a visit to the Orlando park. In the same month of March I was struck by another vehicle in a motor vehicle accident; due to this I was unable to visit the park. I immediately let a customer service rep know I wouldn’t be able to attend due to my injuries. Throughout the time from then to now I stayed in contact with them about the tickets so they knew when I was healed and would be able to visit. The last phone call I had with customer service was on 3/21/24 where an Omar Felipe told me I could call at anytime to reschedule my visit. So I called today and to my surprise I was told that my tickets had expired and I couldn’t reschedule. The supervisor, “Brian”, told me there was nothing that could be done about the tickets even though I explained to him my last phone call with Omar. Brian claims the only phone call they have on record was on 3/15/24 and it states that I was told to make a reservation before 3/31/24. I wrote down my phone call with Omar from 3/21/24 the time that it happened for this exact reason. There’s no resolving my issue, no record of me speaking with Omar, and Brian even told me I never spoke to someone with that name until I called him out for having employees give fake names. Then he says that Omar is probably the same Omar he knows and that Omar doesn’t work there anymore. Clearly Brian is lying for whatever reason and didn’t try to help me with this issue. Lastly, he tells me that if he was the first supervisor I spoke with in 2023 that he would’ve given me a full refund but I had tried that and was told that there is a no refund policy in place no matter the circumstances and that is why I was constantly reaching out to customer service about the tickets. *****Update***** Don't waste your time calling the costumer service for any help with tickets. The actual service desk inside the park was very helpful with this situation and issued me a full refund for the unused "expired" tickets!

Poor customer service, waited on phone 2 hours and no human on your main number to attempt to change date on purchase dolphins encounter, and called numerous different extensions with no avails to find a human to change my Date! My flight was cancelled and need to change my scheduled event! But, cannot due when people don’t work for living, nor have customer service sensitivity for excellence! 2 hours wait on phone is not customary! Your administration needs to fired for not having customer service standards! I don’t know how you operate as a business! Elon Musk come to rescue and DOGE sea world!

While the roller coasters being over head almost every where you walk makes the sensory friendly environment go down, the 2yr old curious dolphin in the nursery definitely helped re regulate my kid as the dolphin played with my son for at least 30mins if not longer. We haven't been since 2021 but we definitely were sad to see the penguin kid ride gone and now a full roller coasters as the boys were looking forward to it. Over all the shoes were amazing and we had a great family day!

It was a great time! Employees were friendly. We watched 3 shows, Dolphins, Sealions and the Orca show! They were all great and on time! Park was not so full.
