The three shows were wonderful, but wish there were more entertainment. Im not a big roller coaster person, but was excited to do the water rides. Both were closed. Some of the aquariums seems dated and small.

Very crowded for a weekday! Half the park shut down at 4:00 due to power outage(?), Not our best day with 2 little kids and Grandma ...

Let me just the place is beautiful. I do understand overcrowding is bound to happen due to the fact that seaworld is a place most like to go. We brought our tickets come to find out we still had to buy more tickets… then to make matters worse nobody who works there don’t know anything. They act as though they could care less about their job . Then we wanted to get the picture at the end. It was only one person there . It was taking so long to the point the guy behind us left then we ended up leaving. The lady at the register never acknowledged us or anything & I guess the customers thought it was funny to be holding up the line . Eventually we left without getting a picture & now the cashier looks up so Seaworld it’s been real but we will never come back . We’re not spending our money where it’s not wanted. . This was my kids dream & now I’m really feeling like these parks are overrated & definitely overpriced. The thing about it is you spend your money & guess what something may not be open. Thank God we didn’t get an all day eat pass . So yes to end this never coming back

Beautiful experience to share with the family! The animals are safe and it is so nice to see how they are being taken care of. Definitely worth it! I recommend you buy a ticket online, because the line can be very long.

Food is really expensive, so are trinkets, but the visit itself was really fun. We lived seeing the dolphins, sea lions, and especially the orca shows. Unfortunately, the last orca show didn't go because the orcas didn't want to do the show. I recommend that if you want to see all the shows, be there first thing in the morning, download the app for the park beforehand, and make it to the first shows of the day. The app could use some work because it kept timing out, but it's helpful to be able to see the map and times for the shows. I highly recommend that if you get the all day dinning passes that you eat at least 2-3 hours before the park closes, we thought the park closed at 9, and all of the restraunts for the passes and others closed at 7:30. We had to get dinner elsewhere. The food wasn't the best, but the passes make it much cheaper to eat if you use it every 90 minutes like it allows, even for just drinks and snacks. You can get one side or dessert, an entre, and a drink each time. We didn't get our pass for our 2 year old because she doesn’t eat enough to make it worth it. I do love the new additions of the roller coasters to the park. The Mako Shark coaster was so great! Highest roller coaster in the park, and it was only a few minutes' wait. Unfortunately, we didn't get to ride the other coasters because the kraken was closed for technical difficulties, and we didn't make it to the kraken. My oldest child is 6 and was tall enough for the penguin experience ride, which they loved but had the longest wait of about 30 or so minutes. We also went on a Monday when it was raining and not nearly as busy, even for spring break. Very fun place. Food is way too expensive, but neat place to be in!
