35 dollars to park! After paying over 60 dollars each for prepurchase tickets. Website says you can pay with easy pass florida pass but was not able to at the gate. no guidance to handicap parking. No help or direction to handicap parking either. Just pay with your credit card and move forward. The handicap parking we found was near the end entrance that was closed.

The facility is not so accommodating to the needs of the handicap or disabled. There is room for improvements. The employees that I encountered didn't seem to have much interest in helping. The large parking area where you have to walk a mile or so to get to entrance. No trolley to assist, especially with cost of parking.. can do better.

My husband children and I visited season on march 21, 2025 we got went on the the pipeline ride , and my husband handed his Nike cap and sunglasses to the worker which attempted to put it on the bin. When we returned off the ride , where everyone’s wallet and personal belongings were my husband’s cap and Carrera glasses were Missing from the bin! no one could tell us what happened to our items. The security came to have us write a statement . Nothing was done and no one came back out of the guest service office to help us . they said they would look at the cameras and no one return to address our issue. We highly believe the worker stole our items . highly disappointed!
