I did not like the park. Unfortunately it gets compared with other brands but the place is old, the service is bad overall just excluding a few employees, but the concetions employees in general are rude and don't care... Everything is super expensive, a soda is $22 with refills but we could refill only once or twice because we couldn't find fountains anywhere... Food is ok, but also very expensive. We were thinking about getting annual passes but it's not worth it.

Unfortunately, this park isn't well maintained and has technology issues that are enough to make the visit disappointing. The entry kiosk only had 3 of 8 machines working, and the ones that were working were so slooooow. Horrible to wait in line, in order to wait in line to get into the park. The app requires kiosk ticketing for tickets/ rewards. (I purchased an annual pass for FL resident) If I was here on vacation with 1 day to visit,I would be so frustrated and angry. The app doesn't work well inside the park, making it almost unusable. There aren't enough employees to guide people into the ride lines (once you are at the point to get on the ride, which then becomes a cramped free for all, with no one knowing what to do and where to go. Some people wait to be guided where to go, and there isn't anyone to help, which causes even more delays in the lines). The app also doesn't reflect correct ride line times, an employee told me they are only updated every 1/2 hour. The roller coasters are amazing, and the animal shows are funny and informative. I don't go to the whale shows, as part of a silent protest, as I don't believe they are kept in an area big enough for their needs, so i can't say what the performance is like.

We spent most of the day as my husband enjoys the roller coasters. The bathrooms were definitely lacking in toilet paper and paper towels. As this is a family park I expected it to top priority. Also, people were vaping all through the park. Otherwise an enjoyable day
