Everything really nice experience in the dinning area was horrible knowing the we had purchased the all day dinning people over there really mean. Orca encauter Debbie was really nice I was surprised her kindness thanks one more time Debbie and at the entrance by a kiosk Alma was awsome to thanks Alma.

This marked our inaugural visit to SeaWorld, a destination I had anticipated experiencing throughout my life. The reality of finally being here was surreal; witnessing the dolphins and enjoying the roller coasters proved particularly memorable. My son and wife also thoroughly enjoyed the visit, and we anticipate returning in the future.

It was great! We got to see the orca, dolphin, and sea lion show, and it was so amazing to see how curious these animals are. It’s definitely worth it to go visit this place!

It is one of the top two parks that we visited and the park had alot of shaded areas for people to sit a d cool off. My family and I had alot of fun.

It had been 35 years since i was at seaworld. When i was walking around it was like it was back then. The shows pretty much the same. The difference is this one has roller coasters. 3 of 4 i think. They have a kids area with stuff for younger kids. Food prices are very high,if you can afford it get the all day dining band. Check GROUPON for deals... Def helped on cost if tickets.

Frankly not worth the trip. And again large portion of the staff were just plain rude. We purchased the tickets in advance including the dine all day and quick que. Unless you purchase the quick que plus two rides are excluded and guest services will not adjust the package but will happily sell you an additional package. However we found that this package was essentially worthless. On 90% of the rides the quick que wasn't manned and the paper tickets were almost never checked. The dine all day is actually dine every 90 minutes so even if you only get a drink you can't get anything else for 90 minutes. The first vender near the stingray pool was extremely rude and acted like we were interfering with his day. He rolled his eyes and could have cared less about the experience to the guests. We were completely ignored several times by attraction staff when trying to get directions. At the end of the night one of my kids forgot their sweatshirt near the ice breaker ride but staff refused to let us back in to retrieve it because they were in the process of closing. Their only response was to fill out an online form and the lost and found was just as useless. Management couldn't be located or did not want to respond even though they were requested. Don't waste your money on this venue they don't care about your experience.
