We booked through seaworld vacations in March for a June trip and our reservation was mishandled at every step. The ticketing through the seaworld website would not post to the app and despite trying to reconcile this with seaworld vacations, it would not connect to the app. They mentioned it is a known IT issue for Seaworld. We followed the instructions from SW and upon entry to the park we were told our reservation could not be scanned and was not a valid reservation. We had to pivot to ubering to the park since our paid parking would not work and upon attempted entry, we found the same issues. Finally, after an hour and a half we got through customer service and they printed passes for our entry... which, didn't work since the passes they provided us were for food/retail discounts. After an extended delay they were able to get us in using the original confirmation numbers. Fun part, we booked a week vacation and we ran into this issue every day and every attempted fix created more problems. We salvaged the times we had and enjoyed the park but were very much impacted by the "IT" issues and lack of continuity to our reservation. On our second to last day we went to aquatica (same negative entrance experience) and were connected with the park VP. He was very concerned about the issue and told his supervisors to make it right for us to "resolve" these problems. Was very exciting, but his supervisors ghosted us after that. We sent the requested emails to seaworld, per request and have not heard anything back. Moral or the story... book through the app. You don't want to try to attend this place the way we did. It's a hot mess and the blind are leading the blind.

Nice place to visit. Lots of entertainments. Not as impressive as Universa or Disney, but still a fun visit.

To anyone reading this please don’t Ride the Pipeline ride. I hurt my tail bone on it and it’s been a few days now and still the same. I researched online and for some Reddit post about other people with the same issue

Love love love! My husband and i just went here to watch shows, no roller coaster rides. I just wish some shows are more spread out and more available. Most shows are scheduled at 12:30 or 4 …we missed some shows like rescue tail/turtle…

We had a blast! It wasn't as crowded as it has been. The EVCs are a good investment. Customer service was good at the guest services station. Only complaint is the QR code requirements for the beverage machines... really SeaWorld... That's really petty.

Some roller coasters were too much but some people might really like them. All day dining pass is 100000% worth the 50$ per person because the food is expensive and you’ll end up spending almost 300$ without it. Also the unlimited refills for 8.99 is worth it because the single 1.99 per refill or the 5.99 per fill without the cups would be more expensive because I ended up filling up like 8 times. Dolphins and manta Ray encounters is so worth your while but with how much we spent for the dolphin encounters 70$ to get the photos is rediculous. Also spend the extra for quick queues the longest we waited for a ride was maybe 10 minutes the whole day and the rest were relatively quick!

We had a blast!

Sad, very dirty, broken rides, and out dated park. The orca show was worth watching and the staff were kind which is the only reason for an additional star. Would not recommend.

Great park, it rained when we went so they gave us new tickets to go again at guest service.

All the rides broke down

Miserable experience. From the trash littering the approach to the horrible customer service. This park should be shuttered. Simple things like a smile or a working bathroom sink would maybe earn a second star. From NUMEROUS rides and shops not working or being open to park staff having no clue on the menu options or what their job entails. It was ridiculous! Orka encounters barely made the entire day worth $10. Rather then the $75 plus $80 for "fast pass" plus $50 for a stroller plus $20 for a cold cheeseburger with limp fries. Disgusting explotation of both the animals and capitalism.

We went to Sea World for the afternoon/evening. Parking was easy & straight forward, though i suspect on a busy day it could be hectic. We were lucky & went straight through security & the ticket gate. The park itself appeared relatively clean & well staffed. Nicely themed areas with plenty of food & drink outlets. This is a bonus as you aren't allowed to take in your own food & drinks (except for water & baby food). Though we left our food in the car & popped out to eat, saving us buying in the park. The dolphin show was great, & we loved the Orca show. If you sit near the front of the rows you will get soaked! The aquarium was nicely arranged & a great refuge from the heat! Queue times for the rides weren't too bad when we were there, longest being for the rapids at 40mins but seemed to go quite quick. The big rides do have a minimum height of 54" & the staff were regimently on checking this. All in all a great park, despite what you think about the keeping of the Orcas.
