We had a lot of fun here. The best spot for kids 39” and under is the Sesame Street place. But there were two rides shift down both days we went and there aren’t many rides in Sesame street place. If you get there early you do not get to eat early. Most things were closed and open more Around late 11am and noon or not at all. Other guest were visibly irritated at the wait to find food. Now the price on that food without a meal pass is ridiculous because the quality is subpar, very repetitive desserts like pudding cup, and oranges, BBQ chicken sauce taste extremely weird. However compared to the price I would have paid without a pass that was a slight bonus.

(Translated by Google) We bought a day dinner pass and when we arrived to order at the pizzeria we couldn't even get a salad that was shown on the menu as available and they told us that the pass wasn't for the whole day, the final result was dissatisfaction and a lot of discomfort on our part.

A Fantastic Blend of Thrills and Sea Life! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited SeaWorld with my grandfather as part of a pre-cruise trip, and it was an absolutely fantastic day out. Having previously experienced Universal as a solo traveler, I found SeaWorld offered a perfect, balanced pace for our duo. The Highlights: Coasters & Exhibits: The park itself is lovely. The roller coasters are world-class, and the animal exhibits are top-tier; getting up close to the sea life was a major highlight. We also caught the shows, which were brilliant, though they did feel a little short. Pro-Tip: If you’re heading to the shows, try to sit closer to the front. We found the staff's microphone volume a bit low, making it occasionally hard to hear the presentational it's fun to be splashed to! The Drinks Package We opted for the unlimited fizzy drinks cup. In terms of value, it’s a total winner—we easily drank liters of soda throughout the day. However, it was a bit temperamental. The QR codes frequently failed to scan, and unfortunately, the staff weren't particularly helpful when we asked for assistance with the tech. Ride Operations & Wait Times Coming from Universal, I’m used to the efficiency of their Express pass. While SeaWorld’s staff didn't always fill every single seat to maximize capacity, the natural wait times were surprisingly low. Even without a fast pass, we got through the queues much quicker than I expected! The App vs. Paper: One small gripe: the SeaWorld app isn't quite as polished as Universal’s. It was a bit glitchy, and I actually found the paper map to be much more reliable for navigating the park. Overall Verdict: Despite a few minor tech and service hiccups, we had a wonderful time. It’s a perfect blend of high-speed thrills and relaxing animal encounters. Highly recommended for a family day out!

My family had a great time! I will say, all of the workers actually hate their jobs. I did not find one nice employee when we went. The girl at the front gate (literally the first employee we saw) yelled at my sister. The next one who scanned our tickets said “GO” and had an attitude problem. The manta employee was just hating his life. I stood at the Sesame Street gift shop counter forever trying to check out, 4 employees at the counter and no one helped me. The one who just waited on someone else said “someone down there will take you” and they all continued to talk so I waited even longer. Then when I finally did get waited on the girl basically rolled her eyes at me and took forever to scan the one item I had. If you’re looking for a place with excellent customer service, go to Disney, not this place.

Go early to avoid crowds, and you will thoroughly enjoy this park. This was my youngest's first "big theme park", and it didn't disappoint. The animal keepers were so kind and knowledgeable, and the entertainers were amazing! The diversity of animals was refreshing too--not just the cuddly ones!

Drinks system is impossible to understand. Very few options for drink. Shows are spectacular aswell is the food but do be careful of the all day dining plan as it can only be used every 90min. It can be used for drink but if you use it for drink you cant then use it for food until the 90min run out for food so I wouldn't recommend the plan, but for simplicity just buy the drink only plan and buy food separately. Rides are good for thrill seekers. Could be compared to that of islands of adventure or some of the disney coasters.

Was nice but very expensive. Apparently they increased parking prices because of spring break. $45 just to park in general parking

Food was definitely pricey. Family of seven so the all day eat pass was handy.

I was a bit disappointed to be honest. Shows were short. We did the all day meal plan for convenience and about half of the places to eat were not even open. One place we went for dinner was shutting everything down an hour before the park closed, so we basically got leftovers. A lot of it was cold. They would not make anything new and acted like we were just a big inconvenience. Some of the rides were shut down, and then the park closed at 7!?!?!? Maybe because it was a Monday? No idea, but my overall experience was not very good. We won't go back again.

Loved the informational nature of the park. The preservation, rescue and rehabilitation of the animals. Enjoyed the rides that were opened and the shows. Did not enjoy the rudeness of park 2 vip park employees (Nicole and Mary Jane). When we left the park we stopped at customer service to make them aware of the issues that we had at the Orca and sea lion presentations. The customer service person Carolina dismissed the situation and pretty much said in not so many words that people complain all the time. She told us that we needed to complete a form so she can submit it to the correct department and then she continued to rush us as there was a line behind us. My husband is a disabled veteran. I am also disabled and walk with a cane. Being told to speed it up while walking down the stairs and only to realize that it was a park employee was very disheartening. Being told that a rope could not be moved and that I needed to climb over was another issue due to my instability.
