I’ve been visiting SeaWorld for over 20 years, but after what happened on June 21, 2025, I’ll never return. I spent hundreds of dollars on 4 Quick Queue Fast Passes and 4 All-Day Dining Passes, only to wait 30+ minutes in “express” lines and get just one meal the entire day because food lines were outrageous even for dining pass holders. We only got on two rides. But the worst part? At the Manta ride, I asked a staff member (white male in light blue shirt) about doing a child swap with my Fast Pass since my son wasn’t tall enough. He said yes. When I got to the front, another employee named Amiri aggressively blocked me and falsely accused me of being racist (as a young mix women with a mixed son) loudly and repeatedly in front of my 6-year-old son, other guests, and staff. He even told people in the general admission line “this racist lady is holding up the ride,” causing a guest to get confrontational with me while all I was trying to do was a PARENT SWAP. I walked away to avoid escalation, but the damage was done. My son is still asking questions about what he witnessed. Guest Services made us wait over an hour, only to give us an “express pass” but the park closed 20 minutes later. No real solution. No accountability. Just humiliation and wasted money. I emailed corporate and reported it, but the lack of urgency in how they handled something this serious is shocking. SeaWorld has completely lost my trust, and I wouldn’t recommend this park to anyone, especially families with children.

The traffic was terrible gaining entry to the park which is not unusual for any amusement park, but they need an officer directing the traffic due to cars changing lanes when you get closer to the park entrance. There weren’t a lot of park attendants to ask for directions however the staff in the shops were very friendly and helpful.

They close everything early, Rides hardly work. Fireworks and drones supposed to go off, so they move everything to stadium and vending has no food or water. Hand written margaritas sign. No handicap spots available and you have to pay for it. This park used to be good what happened, seems management has given up or just doesn't really care like most if staff I talked to today.

Very disappointed. Took over two hours just to get in, parking took over 45 minutes. We are pass holders and had preferred parking. We also were not able to use any of our rewards not even fast passes as the fast pass lines are over an hour. Had extra discounts on food, unable to use them due to restaurants being out of items or the lines being so long you’d wait over an hour. With three small children that’s impossible. The cherry on top was my app was not working for my tickets so the gentlemen had me step to the side for a moment. When they loaded a minute later he then said I would need to wait in the over hour long line again. We had to ask for a supervisor who did let us in without going back in line however that took about 15 extra minutes to settle too. Overall they are understaffed and not equipped for these types of crowds. Definitely won’t be back on a weekend again and really not sure if at all. We won’t be renewing passes after this year.

I have never written a negative review for any place-until now. My family was excited for a day filled with animal encounters and shows, but unfortunately we were all left with nothing but disappointment due to the apparent money-grab tactics that leave you to wonder if the sea life truly is the focus or not. After waiting in line for a $40 parking pass, we then spent another 30 minutes circling the parking lot for a parking spot. Then we waited again in another unorganized mess to enter the park, followed by overcrowding within. In a world with AI and other technology, it is shameful that there is no monitoring of the parking and attendance to know what capacity can be maintained. No coolers or snacks are allowed in the park, but none of the beverage machines had ice(we tried three locations) and they were not being maintained. If your staffing levels cannot maintain a safe environment to allow for that many attendees, then it is your job to limit the capacity. Nothing was special about the rides or Sesame Street land(exception- parade was decent and Sesame Street staff was exceptional at making the place feel magical for kids)-if you think they are, then you have likely never been to any local amusement park. The sea life shows were entertaining and educational, but they almost feel like an afterthought behind all of the other park gimmicks. I suggest you save your money and visit any other Orlando area amusement park on your vacation, and visit your local aquarium instead.

This park is a literal disaster. The rides might be “thrilling” if you can ever ride them. Waited for over an hour to park, even after buying VIP. The park was overcrowded and understaffed, and that’s putting it lightly. Waited for 45+ minutes in the so-called “Quick Queue” on multiple coasters only for there to be no staff directing the crowds at the actual launch points, and the rides are NOT accommodating for anyone with above-average legs (muscular or other). The concessions were out of ice, the restaurants are understaffed so you can’t get seated, and guest services is just an endless line to get a ticket for the next day. No help. Probably the worst experience from a theme park I’ve had in 20+ years. Hopefully something changes, or the future here might be bleak.

A reasonable alternative to other major theme parks in the area. Add-ons are rather expensive but worth the investment. Have a plan before you go to maximize time on rides, viewing shows, and grabbing a bite to eat
