$35 parking but you're on your own, zero orientation on arrival. Multiple washrooms stalls were out of service, broken faucets, running out of hand soap in the middle of the day. Broken icemakers while 33C. The rides are awesome, like the animals and the shows. We just feel bad SeaWorld no longer cares for customer's satisfaction.

Wow...... we can't believe how much this place has changed, it used to be our favourite theme park we last came 13 years - it's now our least favourite the atmosphere has gone we had tickets that allowed 3 visits we only used 1 visit, such a shame

This was my first time visiting SeaWorld and it was so much fun! Sadly we didn’t get to see the shows because of the weather but I still had a blast looking at all the different animals. They had carnival games, lots of food and shops, paddle boating, face painting, caricatures, etc. If your going mainly for rollercoasters I recommend getting the express lane pass because the wait times are pretty lengthy and make sure to bring good walking shoes but besides that it was lots of fun! I would definitely come back!

My husband and I took our 4 kids here (12,6,4,1) to ride rides and see the animals. We have 11 park passes to the seaworld - busch gardens parks. With this, we still had to purchase our photokey. 3 of our pictures were uploaded to it and they're locked due to them not posting them until the next day. Have yet to hear back from them. My daughter and husband waited in line for a ride for approximately an hour and a half before it was shut down prior to getting on it. So we went to see the sting rays. It was so crowded and so loud that our 12-year-old was beginning to have a panic attack. From there we went to the next ride, which had a two hour wait so we decided to get food instead. At that point, all of our children were ready to leave because it was just a repeat of a past experience. Maybe we are spoiled because we're three hours from Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country and have never left the park without riding every single ride. We went to see the penguins, but honestly for the amount of penguins in the building, it was sad looking at the limited amount of space that they had. We won't be coming back.

Super disappointed. The attractions, encounters, and rides were amazing but the park’s “efficiency” and “organization” using employees was drastically lacking when compared to the other Orlando experiences. This caused unnecessary waits at the attractions and food vendors. We attended on a Saturday in June. There wasn’t a lack of employees, just a lack of training or care to maximize park efficiency.
