My family would come here more often if the the staff was better trained. Alot of the staff has nasty attitudes. I could spend my money in alot of other places that would show gratitude that we were there. This place falls way short in that area vs other parks, locally.

Haven't been to SeaWorld in 10 years and this is the last trip ever unless given free tickets in the future. Line to enter parking was incredibly backed up with no clear direction. $40 dollars for parking, but SeaWorld is too cheap to pay the tax so it's actually higher. Universal and Disney incorporate the taxes and it's cheaper. Ride lockers appear to be mandatory, but they charge to utilize them. Food is incredibly overpriced for typical park food. Universal and Disney offer better food for cheaper. Rides have no organization to them and line cutting is egregious compared to other parks. Waited through a technical and weather delay with no announcements. The app is worthless. It's clunky and doesn't allow for proper information. Wait times are incredibly off as app will state 5 min while ride itself states 85 min. At one point there was a team member yelling at us in an attempt to purchase annual passes which naturally makes me never want to buy anything here. Park itself appears run down and clearly attempting to compete with higher quality parks but is failing. Animals and natural elements were nice, but doesn't justify paying for entry. All audio throughout the park is low, and you can not hear anything that is said. They heavily push the skip the line service, quick queue, but it is not regulated and you could easily purchase one for your whole family and share a screen shot. Probably ties into the lack of employers around to help police or monitor. Overall, do not spend your money here as it is not worth it. There is a reason as to why this park is not considered part of the "big theme parks" in Orlando.

If i could give a zero….. haven’t been to sea world in a couple of years and i should have just stayed away. Had to park outside of the main parking lot after waiting one hour in the car lane to even get in and pay the $40 parking fee. 20 min walking in the rain and as soon as we walked inside it was clear that there was an oversell. Lines were 2 hours long (the rides that were open after the rain), stand still line to walk through the shark aquarium, hard to walk around with the crowds and after trying to eat in 3 different places we settle for Seafire Grill…. $63.70 for extremely salty cold soggy fries and chicken tenders with cheese that wasn’t even melted. Not to mention the deterioration of the restaurant and the disgusting bathrooms. Where are the cast members at? It’s like no one wants to be there! So sad.

Upcharge for EVERYTHING, but then NOTHING is enforced except the dining restrictions. Quick Queue says certain rides are excluded? Nope. Just walk on through. Only bought one quick queue but have 6 people in your group? Just send them all a screenshot and everyone just…walk on through. People don’t look happy to be here, and employees look even less so. Everything just looks tired and run down.

Overly priced food. $22 for 4 tenders and fries. $17 personal pizza. You have to get the express pass if you want to ride, but then you need the express pass plus if you want the good rides. Otherwise wait time was 60-90 minutes for a ride. It was such a waste of a day.

We had a great time at SeaWorld. The kids loved the fireworks and drone show at the end of the night.

Such a fun place to visit!! Loved seeing the sea animals and how they are taken care of. The rides are great. Kind of long waits for them, but really fun. So much to do!?
