Our family visited during “waves of honor” for military families. We had a fantastic family day with the kiddos. Seaworld goes above and beyond to give back to the community of veterans and current service members. We appreciate all they do for animal conservation and public awareness to help preserve our oceans. Great park with lots to do from young, old and all the in between. Very accessible for special needs and disabled patrons. Which is huge plus for a family with an Autistic toddler whom absolutely is obsessed with sea creatures, whales and sharks in particular. 💝 Highly recommend for families to enjoy the day and learn new things about the world around them.

(Translated by Google) Overall, my experience was good. One of the roller coasters malfunctioned while we were up there, it was very exciting! But, 10 minutes later we were already on the ground. The orca got us quite wet! And the pet show was the highlight! (Original) No geral, minha experiência foi boa. Uma das montanhas russas deu defeito com a gente lá em cima, foi muita emoção! Mas, 10 minutos depois já estávamos no solo. A orca nos molhou bastante! E o show de pets foi o ponto alto!

Took over two hours to park, get inside, and get a stroller. Why are all the other major parks so efficient, but Seaworld can’t figure it out it? I got in 10x faster for Universal’s 4th of July celebration.

(Translated by Google) Wonderful! The animal shows are beautiful! It's a shame the rain made exploring the park a bit difficult, but I would definitely go again. (Original) Maravilhoso! As apresentações com os animais é muito lindo! Pena que a chuva atrapalhou um pouco a conhecer o parque, mas iria novamente, sem dúvidas.

$520 Wasted – A Devastating and Disrespectful Experience at SeaWorld I truly wish this wasn’t the experience I had to write about, but today was beyond disappointing — it was infuriating. I spent over $520 to bring my children to SeaWorld, excited for a day of memories, fun, and family joy. Instead, we left frustrated, heartbroken, and completely let down. Due to weather conditions (which we understand are out of anyone’s control), the entire park shut down — rides, shows, even food services were unavailable for the majority of the day. Not only did we not get to ride anything or enjoy a single show, we couldn’t even find a way to make the most of the situation. And that’s where my real issue lies: the attitude and complete lack of care from the staff and guest services. We tried asking for help — any help — to figure out what we could do or if there were options to reschedule, refund, or even get partial compensation. Instead of empathy or effort, we were met with rudeness, blank stares, and cold responses like “there’s nothing we can do.” When they finally offered return tickets, we explained that we live over 800 miles away and leave tomorrow — so returning is not an option. They shrugged it off like our time and money didn’t matter. This wasn’t a small purchase. This was money I worked hard for to give my children a special experience — and instead it was a complete waste. No rides, no shows, no food, no joy — just rain, stress, and disrespect. I feel taken advantage of, and deeply regret trusting this company with my family’s time and money. SeaWorld, you owe your guests more than a raincheck. You owe us respect, accountability, and fairness. I hope this review makes its way to someone who actually cares.

Folks, SeaWorld is a great place and definitely one for the memory book. Let me get straight to the point. Download the SeaWorld App so you can have all the information on what time the shows are, Orca, Sea Lions, Dolphins, etc. The rides have height requirements just giving a heads up. Walking is a way of life so keep the kids in mind so it doesn’t turn in to a nightmare. The lines are pretty long probably avg 45- 60 min wait. Food is pricy but they have certain deals when purchasing tickets that include food. If you have any questions make a list and call the park before booking tickets. Phone line might be busy, leave your number and the park will get back to you. Enjoy SeaWorld( Orlando)!

The show was great on the 4th of July but oh my God you have to do something about emptying out the parking lot at the end of the night there was no traffic control and it took over an hour to get out
