We got free tickets for being veterans so that was a plus. However I felt like the park could’ve used more cleaning throughout the day. Bathrooms smelled and were dirty.

We went for the Sesame Street experience. My grandson loved it! Labeling the exit path better would be great. The only negative was the rudeness we experienced by the staff manning the drink station with icees in the Sesame Street area. The cups were not labeled and we choose the wrong one and the lady working scolded us and took the cup from my hand. A friendlier approach would have gone a long way!

We waited in line for two hours for Infinity Falls, finally got on the raft, and just as the ride started moving—it was shut down due to “technical difficulties.” No explanation, no compensation, just told to leave. To make things worse, do not waste your money on the Fast Lane pass. It’s a joke. There’s zero enforcement—we watched people from the regular line jump over to the Fast Lane with no staff checking anything. Unless you enjoy paying to be taken advantage of, avoid it completely. SeaWorld seriously needs to get its act together. This was a waste of time and money.
