Not a good experience very over priced. The company floods people in accepting their cash unable to accommodate the people they’re letting in. Daily food pass was not accepted at any restaurants after being told they were accepted at all restaurants. Preferred parking is in the exact same area as general parking not saving any walking. Seeing the amount of people pouring sweat, packed hip to hip reminded me of the Travis Scott concert. They love taking your money and belittling customers inside the park by charging outrageous prices on basic things like food, water and the essential things you need to survive the heat there. All restaurants charge separate for all meals making any where you eat $100 plus.

Quick Queue didn't work at all on three of the rides (no mention of this when purchasing!) – according to the manager, it was our problem; we "should have read more carefully." We waited in line for 1.25 hours in the blazing sun – absolutely unacceptable for fair-skinned children. One ride was suddenly closed completely without explanation, and after a 20-minute wait, another was suddenly announced: "Closed due to thunderstorm" – even though there was no sign of a storm and no announcement was made. All Day Dining was hardly any better: over 30 minutes of waiting time per meal – an ordeal with hungry children. Right after the orca show, we were shivering, drenched in sweat, waiting in line for food. At 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit), there was hardly any shade, just a useless little shower. Seating? Barely any shade. On the plus side: The orca show was beautiful, the dolphin meet-and-greet was short but enjoyable, and the grounds were well-maintained and lovely. However: We spent over 1000 CHF – for a park that disappointed in many areas and concealed additional costs. It wasn't good value for money. Many other visitors were also dissatisfied. Für Quick Queue und All Day Dining haben wir extra bezahlt – doch leider war beides die Enttäuschung pur. Quick Queue funktionierte bei drei Bahnen gar nicht (kein Hinweis beim Kauf!) – laut Manager unser Problem, wir hätten „besser lesen müssen“. 1,25 Std. Anstehen in praller Sonne – absolut unzumutbar für hellhäutige Kinder. Eine Bahn war plötzlich ganz geschlossen, ohne Erklärung, bei einer anderen hieß es nach 20 Min. Wartezeit plötzlich: "Wegen Gewitter zu" – obwohl weit und breit nichts war und keine Durchsage kam. Das All Day Dining war kaum besser: über 30 Minuten Wartezeit pro Mahlzeit – mit hungrigen Kindern eine Zumutung. Direkt nach der Orca-Show bibberten wir klatschnass in der Warteschlange für das Essen. Bei 35 Grad gibt’s kaum Schatten, nur eine sinnlose Mini-Dusche. Sitzgelegenheiten? Kaum, schon gar nicht schattig. Positiv: Die Orca-Show war schön, das Delfin-Meet kurz aber nett, die Grünanlagen gepflegt und schön. Aber: Wir haben über 1000 CHF ausgegeben – für einen Park, der in vielen Bereichen enttäuscht und zusätzliche Kosten verbirgt. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Viele andere Besucher waren ebenfalls verärgert. Für uns: einmal und nie wieder.

Diese kosten natürlich auch und sind sehr klein. Größere Rucksäcke passen da nicht rein. Sehr ärgerlich. Diese Umstände haben unseren Aufenthalt doch ein Wenig getrübt.

I was very excited but disappointed , I brought my wife for her 50 th birthday and just to say first I went to the water ride and it wasn’t working it didn’t even say it in the app , then I got to infinity fallas wait in line 40 minutes and when I’m at the front it breaks. Then they say stay and wait and we don’t k ow when it will be fixed o leave and come back will I did two hours later and I get back in line and again it said 40 minutes it’s 2 hours and again it’s down and they don’t even say it you just know because your still waiting in the same spot for 30 minutes. Birthday gone wrong

The app certainly lies about wait times for each ride so that cool. Most things a pretty expensive. And they started trying to take pic of kids for their passes without asking parents, very diddy like with that. The pic is a water fountain in the line for journey to Atlantis. You figure with the amount of money they make they could keep things clean and updated.
