Terrible experience from start to finish. The place was overpriced for what it offered, and the staff was both rude and completely unprofessional. It was clear they had little training or care for customer service. On top of that, the entire place was filthy, it clearly doesn’t get cleaned regularly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

If possible, I would like for them to improve on the procedures of leaving when the park closes. There were many cars jammed in traffic. Perhaps, if law enforcement could be out there to help direct traffic or traffic light that will be helpful.

Very bad experience with 3 kids. Extra long lines for the rides that were open. There are absolutely no people around to ask questions or directions. No guides nobody! The bathrooms are not as plentiful as should be. Naturally the food and drink prices are extremely high and are quite the ripoff. The charge for parking is a ridiculous $40. For the $450 spent for a day I would never ever go back. Find an alternative.

There were so many technical problems and I waited so long for rides and I couldn’t even get on and the waits to get on the rides were averaging around 1 hr things were also overpriced 2 stars is just being nice I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND
