Some day, I want to become president and make this place shut down. It will be illegal to keep Orca or any other animal for that matter in captivity unless health reasons are present. This place is disgusting and anyone who supports it needs to educate themselves.

Unfortunately this was one of my most disappointing visits to a theme park in Orlando. Most of the staff was surly and acted as if they wanted to be anywhere else but there. I waited 45 minutes for dinner and the burger and fries were cold. I asked to speak to managers at several places and mot one showed up. The park was dirty. I do not need to return and recommend spending your hard earned money at another venue.

We had a great time watching all the animals and the characters, my only question is why the food is so expensive? Pay for VIP parking for no reason bcs there were no parking spaces available, someone should let the Person at the gate know.

July 20, 2025 It was too hot, as we were leaving we noticed a lot of others leaving as well. Stayed about 3 hours, would have loved to stay longer and see/do more, but I could not take the heat.

As a platinum pass holder I deeply regret these tickets!!! It’s always something with these parks. It never fails that a ride is down for “weather” and the weather is fine. Who is checking the radar?? Barney!? The worst establishment ever! If I could report them to the better business bureau I would because it’s a scam! It’s a money grab. The favorites are dirty, the food is horrible and the shows are trash. After waiting in line for 45 mins it goes down. The weather is fine, but per usual it’s a bunch of idiots navigating this park. If I could I would sue. Between SeaWorld and Busch gardens I’m being scammed. The absolute worse!

Shame on you SeaWorld. My husband and I are platinum members and we have been for a long time now. I’m in your Park today, it’s Sunday, July 20 and it’s hotter than heck in this park. Limited shade, blazing sun, and the majority of water stations are nowhere to be found. Then over by Arctic all the water machines are broken. Employees guided many of us looking for water-ice cubes into restaurants BUT you have to stand on a 30 minute line of people ordering food just to get ice with water in your SeaWorld cup that i paid for. All you big wig executives at SeaWorld should be ashamed of yourself. How the heck do you sleep at night. Cutting back more and more on platinum members perks then you come into a park that’s hotter than hell and the automatic water-soda machine stations are limited or broke and or no ice in them. Disgraceful. I’m surprised more people are not dropping dead in this park today or having a heart attack. I’m on the borderline of having heat stroke or a heart attack because of the heat with a lack of shade and a lack of adequate water stations throughout this park. Busch Gardens is doing a little bit better than you on providing automatic water-fountain drink stations and little areas to fill up your cup and try to get some ice as well. We came for the blue oyster coat concert tonight and I’ve only been in the park one hour and I’ve almost blacked out. I told my husband this will be the first time I’m telling him not to redo our platinum passes and that will be over the last 15 years. Quit cutting back on things and start adding adequate water stations where you can get water with ice during this hellacious heat, we’re having with the heat index of 104. Blue Oyster Cult was fantastic. Best part of our afternoon.

Worst experience ever, line said itd take 20 mins, took almost an hour, too hot, needs many more fans, need more water fountains, broken water fountains. There were 2 fans in each building in a water ride that wouldnt even reach each corner.

The absolute worst park ever. Rides say 20 minutes and im literally working on an hour and 15 minutes and still might have 30 minutes left. They need more fans...its sooo hot out here and no ventilation. Very poor design. Kids hate it.
