Me and my daughter’s Girl Scout troop was there this past weekend. We were mentally prepared for the heat, however what we were not prepared for was not having ice for cold water or drinks. The heat index was so high. If you were not properly hydrated you could have a health scare. Sea World makes entirely too much money for guest not to have ice for water or their drinks. There were times that bags of ice were being brought in but it wasn’t enough and it didn’t last. I had a 1 year old with me and was disappointed having to provide him warm or lukewarm water and drinks at times when it’s 95 plus degrees at times. We went to Aquatica the following day and it was the same issue. No Ice.

Dirty, understaffed and not a bit of ice to be found on one of the hottest days of summer. Went into one bathroom that seemed new but didn't have paper towels or a hand dryer. Also most of the rides are turned off when storms are present. It's located in Florida where we get storms.
