Could be so much better they need to update some things like their website and food lines. It shouldn’t take over an hour to print /get my ticket as an annual pass holder because app isn’t working correctly. Food service lines delayed because of people mainly. Need to have signs that say know what u want to order and have payment ready. Also app should allow me to use my all day dinning to expedite the line wait: know the food items available are 4-5 per location or hey need to be more efficient in getting people through lines. All day dinning allows usage every 90 mins. Going through the food line takes about 60 mins so once finished eating it’s time to get in line again if u want to use it. But would take another 60 mins so the time line never works 🫠. For kids and families if u go to the Sesame street area it’s going to work great for kids 4-8ish. Rides are just like most amusement parks it takes 1-2 hrs wait time to ride. But it’s fun going to some of the animals exhibits like sea lions, sharks, and the shows. They just need to make things simpler for people.

They don’t offer free cups of water or complimentary cups to drink, it was 89 degrees out and the only water to get a cup of water was to purchase it for 4 dollars.

I had a really great day at SeaWorld. The park is beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is cozy, and the attractions are fantastic. You can tell they’ve paid a lot of attention to detail—from the food to the shows, everything is perfect, and it feels like a pleasant place to walk around. The vibe is cheerful, and the staff is friendly. But… I’m still left with mixed feelings. The shows with the dolphins and other marine animals are impressive to watch—it’s amazing what they can do, and it seems like the animals are participating with joy. But at the same time, I also wonder: how are they actually trained? What happens behind the scenes? Do they get enough space? Are they truly happy? Because even though it looks fun, it’s still unnatural that such smart animals have to live in tanks and perform tricks for an audience. We don’t know exactly what goes on behind the scenes, but I’m curious. And honestly… it just doesn’t feel quite right. So yes, I had a fantastic day, and the park itself is definitely worth a visit. But I do hope that even more attention will be paid to the animals’ welfare in the future. Because they truly deserve it. I also found it a shame that the restrooms were very dirty, and some faucets simply didn’t work. Not that that’s the biggest problem, but it does take away from the pleasant atmosphere a bit. Especially on a hot day, when you just want to freshen up. You might be wondering: “Why only two stars if you had a great day?” Well, that’s exactly why. The park itself is nice, and most of the staff were super friendly. But I gave it two stars because I don’t feel comfortable with the animal section, and I don’t want to advertise something I don’t like. The dolphin shows stuck with me... but not in a positive way.

Workers pick and choose to bother you about drinks. Forced to buy a locker for every ride when the rides inside have cubes to hold your things . Better parks than this just feels like a scam for everything in here. One of the orcas had a ripped fin as well

The all day dining experience at THE ALTITUDE BURGER, was terrible. They have a terrible system, we stood in line for over 30mns,their process for moving thr crowds is awful, only 2cash registers were open. I will never do this again . It doesn't mater that i paid in advance, there was no real advantage to this

SeaWorld definitely stepped their game up. We were impressed. Especially the drone and fireworks display was great. The reason I gave 2 stars. When my wife and I entered. 2 staff members walked up to us and asked if we were pass members, that they were giving out perks that day for members. I responded yes, we are platinum members. The lady said come I have some gifts for you guys. We walked over to the stand and they asked for our passes to Confirm membership. Then we noticed they did a soft credit inquiry to offer us a timeshare deal. When we found out my wife was pissed as we thought they were part of SeaWorld. Sound like they tricked us into it a bit, the way they came up to us. Wonder how many other people they get like this. Also a couple of the rides had some long waits for the quick que. I asked a couple of them, hey is this the quick Que line that I was a pass member , they said yes. I get to the front to scan at one point was the quick Que for pass members after 5, same lady looked at me with a great smerk , saying we do not accept this at the moment . Like she was happy turning us away. Keep in mind I showed her that no where stated that. I then got my other perk that was front of the line included for 1 ride. Went back on line and was turned away again, with her smiling like she was happy turning people away.

Les enfants ont pu faire au moins 2 fois les 6 ou 7 attractions phares. - Beaucoup de bancs et d'ombre - Le spectacle du soir est vraiment spectaculaires ( son et lumière + drone + feu d'artifice). Je le recommande ! Le moins : Tout ce qui repas/boisson c'est très cher et assez moyen - mais mieux que les parcs d'attraction en France.
