Sea World is amazing if you want to go to a theme park but don’t want really long lines. I would recommend going in the mornings where the lines are pretty short. You also should definitely go in the week.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF PREPARE YOURSELF. This review won’t even be seen or make a difference but here goes, Cameron the guy who checks bags is extremely rude, he literally took my purse in a rude tone and shoved it back at me with his stick while my bag was open, very condescending employee he should be fired, and the one lady employee that sells drinks and ice was screaming at me cause i asked her where can I find Ice? she literally was having a breakdown and could have just hit me if i pushed another question at her. your staff are awful, very poor customer service, shame for a park like this to hire employees with no manners

We visited SeaWorld on Thursday, July 24th. Most of the park, and events were well managed. And we really enjoyed the shows. Dolphin, orca, those shows were awesome. Unfortunately we were rained out of the otter, sea lion show. Our biggest gripe was that they did not have the rides up and running fully. We spent hours waiting in line. Only to find out that the reason the line was taking so long was because they had not properly tested the ride before opening it that day. This happened to us on two rides. Way to kill 3 and 1/2 hours of our day waiting in lines that barely moved. Just to find out the ride was malfunctioning, or having problems. We were able to confirm from the outside of the rides that the roller coasters were being ran empty, because they were testing them. All while we are waiting in a line that only moved because people were walking backwards out of the line. The rest of the park was great. It's too bad we spent most of the day chilling in a line. That could have been avoided if the staff notified the customers properly, or just outright closed malfunctioning rides. The animals are truly amazing, and it was a wonderful opportunity to view them. The dolphin show was probably the best part of our day.

This park is severely understaffed and it shows in every way possible. The bathrooms hardly had any soap (I went to several throughout the park) and the sinks would barely work. Throughout the park you will get random whiffs of dumpster smell. You can take a look around and see just how gross and disgusting everything is. Most rides have no groupers so it’s a free for all when you are about to get on the ride on the platform. Every team member I came across was very nice, so I personally don’t have any complaints here. The rides themselves are fun once you’re actually on them (again, a chaotic mess leading up to that). Food is average but can’t imagine it’s a clean environment if everything else is dirty. Freestyle coke machines are so far apart that when you do finally get to one, there are herds of people also waiting in line to refill (about half of the refills I had, the machines did not have ice in them). I can only hope that the money they aren’t using on staffing is at least spent on the animals, but probably too much to hope for. I appreciate that seaworld rehabilitates animals that need it, but for the ones who don’t, they deserve so much better in their natural habitats. As a floridian used to theme parks, this park is BOTTOM TIER in every way.
