Not impressed with their foodservice we tried ordering a simple chicken caesar salad at noon time and they were sold out. Then tried a chicken schnitzel sandwich and had to wait over 35 minutes for a roll to serve it on. A 20 oz bottle of coke product is nearly $7.50 nevermind that they don't even have a place to fill up water cups for people to use. Let alone $45 for parking after spending several hundred dollars on passes. Their signage for tracking your car is terrible no row numbers just names on various posts. I was accosted by a woman of color after she walked into me because she was staring at her phone instead of watching where she was going. After commenting she should be paying attention to her direction instead of her phone she used vulgar language and blamed my size and race claiming I was fat white priveledged instead of owning her mistake.

My photo is unavailable?!?! Paying for platinum passes, with photo key included, and I just spent 45 mins waiting (after the attendant didn't find this one, though the one 10 mins prior could be) in line at adventure photo to be told my photo can't be found?!?! Took a picture of the photo with QR code included; time-stamped, but your third party photo switch-over stole my photo???? This does not make me want to re-up my membership in the least bit. Precious memories... :(

We had such a great time here and even though it does get a bit crowded, my toddler had a blast! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a blend of aquarium and thrill rides. Sesame Street was where we spent most of our time and it was great.
