Brilliant day out with lots of information about the animals there and how they have been rescued. Great rides as well and helpful staff. Highly recommend going during term time as queues were very short

Love going to Sea World, rides are great, shows are really good, the new Odyssey Expeidition is much better than soarin. Plus just walking around everything is landscaped really nice

Wow I'm totally shocked at how rude the supervisor was in the dine with orcas... We paid alot of money for our trip here today and extra for the dine with orcas to treat our 2 young children who were so excited. We queued up early to get a good table, just as we were being shown to our table the supervisor shouted over to seat us at a different table. The table was terrible not made up no menu's fan above not working and post obstructing the view for my 5 year old. I questioned this and the supervisor said they were pre booked which we know was a lie. After thinking about this we decided we wanted to leave and ask for a refund to which the supervisor said I offered to move you which again was another lie my wife even said to her that was a lie as she never come over to us until we were about to leave. The supervisor was not nice at all and rather rude. This has ruined our experience here and we have no intention of returning here even though we have a 2 day pass. Terrible supervisor who needs to be re trained.

We arrived at 10:30am walked right on to penguin track "so much fun and excitement" the rain came shutting everything down including the candy lane that was covered by big umbrellas and buying a candy bag for your child and not being able to fill it was frustrating, the park was not over crowded, I also didn't care for the women who worked at the surf board coaster trying to kick my daughter and myself off because my daughter was very nervous to ride it for the first time and dismissed anything I said ,definitely left me a unpleasant experience. The halloween area was adorable and had cute actors for the children to take photos and interact with.overall a fun day for any family that visits
